Review: My Experience with Pro M Store – Mixed Feelings
I recently ordered a 26-inch Enduro MTB for my 8-year-old son from Pro M Store, a bike he had been dreaming about for a long time. After saving up a significant amount himself and with me contributing the rest, we placed an order for a Mondraker worth nearly €2300—a big investment and an even bigger emotional milestone for him.
However, the experience following the purchase was, unfortunately, disappointing.
After three days with no email confirmation or shipping update, I contacted Pro M Store. Initially, I was told there was an issue retrieving the bike from an external warehouse. I followed up two days later and was informed the issue was still unresolved. Two weeks in, I called them directly. First, I was told there was a courier strike in Italy. The next day, I called again—this time, I was told the bike was lost in the warehouse.
At that point, I was offered two options: wait until the bike was located and restocked, or request a full refund. While I appreciated having those choices, it was extremely disheartening—especially considering how hard it was to find a proper 26-inch Enduro bike suitable for a child in the first place. This niche market offers limited options, and we had spent considerable time researching the right model.
Ultimately, I chose the refund, which arrived after four days (considering the weekend). While I appreciate that part of the process was handled professionally, the fact remains: my son still doesn’t have the bike he was so excited about.
I do want to highlight that the customer service itself was decent. Communication was clear, and I was helped very kindly by Alberto and his mother—they were always polite and tried to be as helpful as possible. But unfortunately, the situation with logistics and inventory management let us down.
Now, three weeks later, we’ve ordered a Propain Yuma 4 26-inch directly from Propain in Germany, hoping it arrives soon and my son can still enjoy some rides this season.

I was searching for a new Specialized Tarmac SL8 in a particular color and frame size, and only Pro-M had it available at a competitive price. I looked across multiple stores in Switzerland, Germany, and Italy.
I was in contact with Alberto who was always fast-responding and transparent with the process, which involved placing a deposit for the bike to be delivered for pickup in the Milan store.
Because of the particular model- the bike had to come from an external supplier, which took around 2 weeks, while other colors were more readily available. Some patience is key here!
They built the bike on the day of arriving at the Milan store, and it was ready for me to pickup in the afternoon - which was important for me as I wanted to present it as a gift for my partner the next day! At the shop in Milan- the team was friendly and professional. They also organized a VAT refund for me as a resident in Switzerland.
Thank you - I will be back!

The seller sold the faulty product and is trying to refuse warranty responsibility and force the buyer to use the guarantee (manufacturer's responsibility).
Please stay away from this company and its faulty products.

One shoe has a defect, and because of the defect, it is “not comfortable.” I shared a photo of the defect with you, and I’m asking for you to generate a return postal label.
Please read the different negative reviews. This seller is not willing to generate return labels and will not return the shipping cost if the buyer covers it.

Best Price on the Market!
Was a bit skeptic at first. Responsiveness on WhatsApp has been during weeks very good and quick.
The only thing is that there is no visibility for the delivery and I had to wait around 3 weeks to get the bike in France. so the lack of tracking is a bit disturbing at first, but that's all.
Bike came very well packaged, box in great shape. Bike (SL8 comp) is just awesome. Just be ready for a bit of self mounting of few things: saddle, handle bar of course, and tad adjustment for me for the front brakes and front derailleur (but that's all). It's riding as a charm! So don't hesitate to order with them!

DT Swiss G1800 wheelset. Wheels were shipped within the timeframe specified (5 working days) via FedEx, with full tracking provided, arriving a few working days later (to U.K. with no additional duties incurred) .
The wheels arrived well packaged (they come supplied with DT HG and XDR freehub, tubeless valves, manuals and 6 bolt conversion kit). A small issue with one of the 6 bolt converter kits missing a couple of items was swiftly resolved by the guys after I contacted them as advised on their website, with a replacement kit shipped swiftly.
Really pleased with the wheels and service and would definitely use Pro-M again. Thank you.

I bought a 6000 euro racing bike that was not properly assembled on 3 points. Because of this I had to have the bike reassembled at a local bike shop. When I contacted pro-m-store about this I got a lot of flak. How dare I doubt the expertise of their bike mechanics. In addition to being treated very unfriendly, I also had to make costs to have the bike made rideable. Shame on you pro-mstore. Very Unpro of you

These guys are legit. I ordered a 2024 Santa Cruz Megatower from them at an almost 50% discount. Luckily for me, the bike I had ordered was not available, so they upgraded me to a 2025 model, at a higher specs level, without extra cost!
About their customer service: They are extremely disorganized, I had to threaten them with contacting my bank, since I got no updates in over a week. Then someone answered, and said to talk to them via WhatsApp on his private number. It took about 4 weeks, but the bike has arrived, and I am super happy.
First week without updates I thought they were going out of business, but it seems this is their way of operations (Very chaotic, maybe "Italian" is a way to describe it?) ;D . I would not be happy to have to send back a product bought from them, based on the reviews here.
Anyhow, they are a legit business, who has been around for some years, and they are probably working with paper files, and not very digital.
