Great Price for a Cannondale Topstone 4. Delivery within one week from Italy to Germany. Packaging was looking a bit rough at arrival and it wasnt the original Box. But the condition of the bike is very good. No experience on how they handle returns.

Bought new mountain bike, cost €5.8k, RockShox Reverb dropper didn't work so sent the drooper back, when returned to me still not working properly and Pro M now ignoring my emails. Awful awful customer service... don't buy here, too risky.
Update 04.07.... WOW, what a reply from Pro M. Please let me offer some customer service advice, suggest you focus more on fixing customer issues rather than insulting your customers trying to get their €5,800 bike fixed under warranty. Comical own goal Pro M.
Since posting I finally got a reply so unfortunately posting a justifiable bad review gets a response. Yes, I did ask for a refund for the dropper given the expense and more importantly lost bike time it has cost me (left stranded on trails as dropper stuck), but I had accepted a warranty solution. I will update this review to let everyone know if Pro M resolved this issue.
Update 7th July: I lost trust in Pro M after their response and insults, and I had contacted SRAM separately and explained the difficulty I was having and instead they will help get this fixed in Ireland. My lesson learnt and hopefully others will see this before buying from Pro M.

I have been shopping for two electric bikes for a road trip and found the two I wanted far cheaper than anywhere else. I contacted the company by WhatsApp and liaised with Alberto for a number of days as I needed to make sure we could get these bikes shipped in time. Alberto was kind enough to ring me and he spent a number of days finding the bikes I needed in our size and then rang me back to confirm he could have them shipped in time for our holiday. He sent a link via email for payment plus I got 10% off my first order. The bikes were shipped over to the UK from Italy and delivered by DHL in record time,(it was around 7 days). They were well packaged and required some additional building which we were able to do. I have just ordered some bags, bottle cages and a multi tool today and Alberto was able to check and tell me the items were compatible with our new ebikes before I ordered. Plus, Alberto was kind enough to extend the 10% off to my second order as well.
They work slightly different hours in Italy, with a break over lunch into the afternoon and then work later into the early evening. Plus don't forget they're also an hour ahead so factor that in to your negotiations when waiting for a reply to your message/s.
The customer service has been exceptional. The products are far cheaper than England and of excellent quality. Payment was easy and shipping was extremely quick.
I can highly recommend this company, they have been so kind and attentive with the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Ordered shoes. No action 5 days from store side. Only after my 2nd question (reminding) about status starts order process. Shoes size did not fit. Returned for change the size. 5 days after receiving return package no action from store side. Only after my 2nd remining (after 1st was no reply) they started searching product. In the end the required size is not available, nevertheless in store it shows as available. I lost a whole month on this process, lost shipping cost, didn't get what I want and didn't receive refund (money) till this moment.

I bought a Specialized Enduro Expert. As expected, shipping from Italy took a little longer. The bike arrived well packaged. Unfortunately the built-in Sram AXS transmission didn't work. Customer service helped me quickly and asked me to send the circuit back so that Sram can investigate the defect.
Unfortunately, this is where the good customer service ends. Since I returned the circuit, which arrived at the Pro-M store on 20.05.24, I haven´t heard anything. I didn't get a response to several emails. Accordingly, I have no idea whether I will ever get the transmission back.
To be able to use the new bike, I had to buy new transmission.
Actually, I would have expected that I would get a repaired or a new one. Even if they simply transferred the money back to me it would be ok for me, but I find it absurd that I don't hear anything anymore. Especially because the customer service was great at the beginning.

Pro-M-Store called me and gave me an update (Thanks Alberto). Sram need more time for delivery.
Five stars when I receive the new transmission.

Ordered a saddle from the UK on a Thursday morning. The Store called on Friday to check my address.
Received shipping updates by DHL and my new saddle arrived on Tuesday!
As the shipment was below the £135 there were no extra duty charges or VAT to pay either.

Bought a Cannondale Topstone 2 gravel bike from this store. The price was about EUR 250 less than anywhere else that I could find. I paid my order by bank transfer on Monday morning and the bike was delivered to me preassembled on Friday morning via DHL with 0 shipping cost. The customer service is great. I reached out to them twice and they responded to me both times within 24 hrs on Whatsapp.

Very fast order fulfillment to Poland. I'm ordered mondraker dc XL. Easy ordering process. The bike was well packed so that nothing is damaged. The only thing that disappointed me was that the inner tube in the new wheel had a hole, so I couldn't be happy right away after taking it out of the box. I recommend the store

Bike Cannondale Scalpel HT 3 bought and shipped to Poland. All the process with shipment took 1 week. Basically seller was enough responsive, within few hours on average by email communication.
Product delivered as expected without any surprises.
Additionally through bike registration I was able to choose the seller as certified retailer.
Apart from that very good price for the bike.

I could not find these shoes anywhere in the UK. Pro-M had the best and very good price, with free DHL delivery to the UK. Seamless order and prompt delivery.
Shoes are great too. Well tested already.
I was prepared for issues with customs etc, but no issues and no extra costs.

I bought a bike helmet from them. Sadly when it arrived the package was severely crushed on one end and the inner package was also crushed down to the helmet. No obvious damage to the helmet but I've never seen a postal package so crushed so must've been a considerable impact with force going all the way to the helmet. Pretty sure no helmet manifacturer would recommend using a helmet after an impact like that. Felt like a clear cut case to get reimbursement from the postal carrier so I filed a complaint with the postal carrier but got a reply that the store needed to file the complaint. Fair enough I thought and contacted the store. After sending them pictures and a couple mails they wouldn't even bother filing the complaint with the postal carrier and thought the helmet was fine to use. No reply from them on further mails.

Nope I answered that mail with another request that you'd file a complaint with the postal carrier as you can't always tell when a helmet is compromised. You haven't bothered answering that mail. Here's from the specialized website (manufacturer of the helmet in question):
"Q: Can I repair a crashed helmet?
A: Helmets are generally not repairable and need to be replaced. In the event of any impact or blow (ranging from a hard crash to dropping the helmet), the general rule is the helmet should no longer be used as the damage may not be visible but may nevertheless reduce the protective capabilities of the helmet. If you purchased a Specialized helmet within the past 5 years and damaged it in a crash, you may be eligible for a discount on a new helmet through our assisted replacement program."
