Don't get fooled by bad reviews. I ordered a Deity stem(which is a masterpiece by the way) and it was clearly stated it's a back-ordered item with delivery from supplier in 2-5 working days. They got in in the mentioned timeframe and shipped to me in 3 days with FREE shipping. Communication via email was fast. 5 stars, will order again ! Cheers guys

We had some initial issues with the stock information on their page but they called me on WhatsApp and we resolved the issue. The gentleman (Alberto) on the phone was very kind and helpful. He even offered me a voucher for the money I lost on the EUR conversion fees.

I ordered a Mondraker Crafty Carbon RR last Thursday at an attractive price. Paid on Friday, Bike shipped from Milan on Monday, arrived with DHL today (Thursday) in Sofia Bulgaria.
In between shipping details and invoice where forwarded.

Best deal for my Focus Jam SL 9.9 which was sold out in my size in Switzerland and Germany. After several calls on the phone with Alberto, I decided to pick up the bike myself in Milano. The 3h ride from Zurich was worth it! The staff in the store was professional and friendly. I received the VAT refund after 3 days. Big thanks again to Alberto!

I purchased a pair of SWORKS recon shoes which did arrive, however they didnt fit.
tryed to return through there web site . The link does not work and keeps going in a loop.
I shipped them back at a cost of 52 euros.
ive chased though email serveral times only had 1 responce.
since then NO responce to any emails & still have not had my refund £351 euros.
they also do not answer there phones.
VERY POOR SERVICE
the goods where recieved at there store on 9th august 2024

I ordered Hope HG freehub body. They sent Sram XD freehub instead. After month of first contact and pictures of situation there was no progress.
After contacting them again they asked me to send back 80 e item with 50 e postage and I declined since I don't trust that they will return my money. I offered them to 1. show the wrong item in video call 2. destroy the item with evidence of that and 3. they can pay postage first and then I can send product back to them if those post expenses are okay to them.
Then they asked pictures (again) and I send pictures and with video this time. Almost week and no answer.
My new bike project got delayed by two weeks because of wrong item and then it seems very hard to even get more than one response to message. I don't know how their customer support works but seems that it's not very good.
Haven't seen my money and still stuck with item that I have no use for.

We got an incredible price for our bicycle, after 6 days with no news from the delivery company we panicked because it was to good to be trough :)
As soon as I sent an email they answered so everything was good again, any information you need you will get it the same day, and even though our bicycle took 10 days to arrive we are 100% happy.

I ordered a bike from these guys which was stated to take 2-3 days to deliver. 3 days pass, and there's radio silence from the company, save for an an automated email confirming my order.
I email them to ask what's going on, and they say (in broken Indian English) that the bike is being prepared and it will be shipped end of this week or beginning of next week (meaning 5-7 working days of waiting for a supposed 2-3 day delivery just to be dispatched, not delivered, but dispatched).
This would be fine, except they DO NOT tell you this when buying the bike. The main reason I bought from them was the fast delivery time.
So, we come to the following week and still no updates. I email them again, several times with no response, and eventually they get back to me saying 2-3 days more waiting! So now I am waiting nigh on 2 weeks for my 2-3 day delivery bike to be dispatched!!!
At the end of the 3 day period I send an email asking what's going on. No response..so I send several more. All ignored, until I send an email entitled "LEGAL ACTION URGENT" - which predictably gets a very fast response (from a gentleman with a much better grasp of the English language than his Indian coworker), and the bike magically ships a few hours after this.
After the almost three week delay in shipping, it took another 8 working days for it to be delivered, including two weekends. So 2-3 day delivery takes 4 weeks for the busy bees at pro-m store. Give them a round of applause!
To top it all off, when I unboxed the bike, one of the cables was damaged from improper installation, and the front derailleur was not tuned properly.
These people are shady dishonest sharks that don't care about their customers in the slightest. Once they have your money they just sit back and relax while you wait around like an idiot. They falsely advertise 2-3 day shipping, and nowhere in their TOS does it mention anything about bikes being prepared.
The only benefit to this saga is that I have learned a new Italian word - "pressapochismo". Google it so you don't have to learn the hard way like me.
I'm sure they will come along with a pathetic reply to this review to save face - don't get fooled by their PR stunts.
Avoid these crooks and don't give them a cent of your money.

Why would I bother showing what's wrong with the bike to you, when the damage is already done and I have fixed everything else?
It doesn't say 2-3 day delivery anymore because you removed it from the site, you dirty snake. Your email responses to me early on demonstrate this.
Everyone can see how shady you are, people are going to wise up soon and you'll be out of business.
Not how they NEVER address the 3 week delivery time in their response, and how they have removed the 2-3 day delivery from their site.

Ordered a helmet online for shipping to Sweden. It did arrive some 2 weeks later but it took several requests to receive the shipping confirmation. Slow customer service response but overall good result as price of helmet was very good!

On 12/07 I placed an order for a large number of Camelback tanks (all were in stock). After payment, I received a letter stating that the order had been received and paid for.
After 11 days, another letter arrived saying that one position was no longer available and they were offering to replace it.
Question - what were you thinking about these 11 days and why didn’t you notify me of the delay?
It's very disappointing to receive such service.
UPD after received answer from shop (26/07):
I do not answer calls from unknown numbers. Especially from another country.
The number they called me from has nothing to do with the contacts on the website.
For communication about the order, there is an EMAIL, which staff decided to write only 11 days after the order. This is unsatisfactory work of the staff.
This is some letter from staff:
"Honestly I was on vacation the past two weeks and I’m reviewing all the orders that have not shipped. Unfortunately I don’t know why my colleagues have not contacted you earlier. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews about your store earlier, otherwise I would have thought 100 times before placing an order. Instead of writing standard replies here - it is better to work with the staff. THIS is the real situation! And NOT thanks again!

Instead of working on your staff's mistakes, you try to justify your actions.
It was after reading the reviews on this site that I came to the conclusion that your support works disgustingly, since my case is far from the only one. Good luck in surviving.

Two weeks ago I ordered via their website a gravel bike (a model of 2023). By phone I was informed that this specific model was out of stock (not taken off the website on time). Their proposal was to receive the 2024 model with Shimano for the same price. However, I specifically wanted the 2023 model because there was a Sram system on the bike. Roberto and his colleagues did their best to search in their network for the 2023 model. And also managed to have the bike, in the desired color and size, delivered on time via DHL Express from Italy, to Belgium. I am super thankful for their enthusiasm, great support and smooth service … and of course I am happy with the gravel bike too ;-)

I was hesitant to purchase a mountain bike for my kid, online, from a company I had never heard of, in Italy (I’m in The Netherlands).
However, despite a slight initial delay after purchase (getting bike back from offsite warehouse) I can only offer praise to the Pro- M team. They have always been quick to reply to any email communication, and ultimately when they did ship the bike, it arrived to NL within 2 days, all in perfect condition.
We did later notice that one small component was missing, but once again, all it took was a quick email and they took care of the situation, shipping me the replacement part immediately.
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but in this case I feel the truly deserve the acknowledgment.

Easy to order on-line. A bit worried about getting hammered with Brexit delivery and taxes. As it turned out only took 7 days for delivery by DHL and nothing further to pay from checkout. Regular updates on parcel tracking. One of the better overseas companies to do business with. Very impressed!
