Im one of those guys whos order for kenevo Comp was canceled due to error. Almost cried myself. But they offered upgrade to Expert for 950e. And im my opinion that is a good way to deal with those sort of mistakes.

I bought a bicycle. I was cheated and forced to pay unnecessary currency exchange costs, and the store refused to ship the bike to me, claiming that it did not have it. I don't recommend this seller to anyone.

Looking for a Specialized Status to purchase I noted that Pro-M Store had one in the size I required. Very good price so I took the chance of purchasing even though I reside in the UK and shipping from the EU can be tricky and potentially expensive when it comes to clearing customs.
But I had nothing to worry about as Pro-M Store obviously knew what they were doing with the customs clearance as the bike sailed through customs pre-approved and there were no extra customs charges. Shipping was entirely free.
Excellent service and very pleased with the bike!

They were really helpful and did support me with my choice! Also, they speak French very well and are very available (also on WhatsApp)
The bike was easy to assemble and I’m totally satisfied with my purchase!!!!

The store sells bicycles that are not in stock. Outright fraud! They have to return the money. I am losing almost 200€ because of them! Avoid this store.

I decided to order Specialized Kenevo Comp with very good price on Sunday, so i had to cancel my deposit and also pay extra fee for weekend ccy exchange(shop had pretty good opinions, so i thought i'll be happy anyway). Few days later(4+) they realize they don't have this bike but they still keep my money(in the meantime they were saying they are preparing my bike and it'll be send soon). This is all a very bad joke. They don't care it's their fault and due to it we all have extra costs. Of course they didn't loose anything and they are all happy. Worst customer experience guaranteed.
Edit- reply to the owner. You are very quick in putting same stupid/ unpleasant comment everywhere. Please tell me where did i say anything fraudalent?

I only mentioned that customer friendy company would try to somehow split/cover costs in case of 100% fault on your side. I was buying bike on your site not external company and for me it's your fault, not someone else. Please imagine that there are people using different payment methods and have different costs(yes, someone could have 200 euros), but of you course you don't see any of them. And finally, i have right to put any number of stars here(especially when i lost time & money on guys like you), not only the one you want and it does not mean you can put blame on me, call me stupid or whatever. I paid for 2 kenevo comp bikes, then I have cancellation of both of my payments. They block my cash and they sell bikes, which they don't possess.

Days after placing an order, the company called me saying they actually do not have stock available. I can either cancel the order and pay additional currency conversion fees, or send them an additional thousand euros to purchase a different bike they supposedly have in stock. An expensive lesson either way, despite the CS rep being communicative and kind.
UPDATE 05.04.2024: I went through with the upgrade and the process went very smoothly. The bike was shipped on the day of the transaction and when I called the shop for assistance during assembly, they were immediately ready to help and solved the issue. Overall I did get a very good deal on the bike, just not the one I initially wanted.

I ordered a Specialized Turbo Kenovo e-bike on their website (it was discounted at 50%, really sweet deal) and got a phone call 4 days later saying they'd run out of bikes. I wasn't the only person they treated this way. Smells like somebody just wanted a quick influx of cash because I know of at least a few dozens of orders that got similar treatment.
I lost around 70 eur due to currency conversion.
My comment to the store's reply:
As you all can see, they're highly unprofessional. Calling you stupid just because you had the nerve to buy a bike from them. The price of the bike was €2650, which at the moment of the purchase translated to 11500 PLN. My bank charged me 345 PLN for currency conversion. Today they've refunded the money but because of the lower exchange rate, I got only 11300 PLN back. And the bank is going to charge me again for currency conversion, which is going to be around 345 PLN again. In total, my cost comes down to 890 PLN, which is roughly €200. Just because they can't count their bikes right.

Yes, I totally made up the amount and posted it publicly for everyone to see. I don't care what you did, all I know is I received less money than I paid because of your unprofessionalism. Next time don't sell stuff you don't have.

The MTB was shown as available on the website and I ordered it.
They informed me that the bike is not available. No replacement model found so I asked for order cancellation and refund.
They confirmed the refund but it started 6 days after my request and they said the real payment could take up to 7 working days.
Still waiting for my money but anyhow this way of order processing is worrying and not customer friendly.
