I couldn't fault the service provided. From start to finish Shaun was fantastic - quick to respond and incredibly helpful and knowledgable. The process could not have been easier and at such a difficult time for me, this was much appreciated.

Well what to say in few words. Probate was a new thing to me, I had no idea what to do or where to go. After a bit of resurch I found the wellbeing service. I was a little dubious as it was such a lower charge than a standard solicitor. But oh my gosh what a service. Shaun was brilliant never did I feel silly in asking a question. The probate was delt with smoothly and without any problems. I would definitely recommend.

Shaun went above and beyond to get the grant of probate for my late nan after the probate registry lost the original will. It took longer then expected due to the probate registry but Shaun was constantly chasing and I can’t recommend well-being services enough. Thank you so much. 5 star service!!!!

Having not had the need for probate before, we did a little research into it, which seemed quite daunting and expensive, however we gave Wellbeing Services a call as this was the most reasonably priced company and we were appointed Shaun Hudson as our representative. His professionalism, expertise and empathy through this difficult time made the whole process seemless, we were kept well informed throughout the whole process, we would highly recommend this service to anyone.

At a difficult time Shaun from Probate UK took the stress out of this process. Visited us at home. Communication was good, replied quickly to any questions via e-mail & phone. I do recommend this service especially if you are unsure of the correct procedures.

The prospect of dealing with Probate seemed a daunting task following the sudden loss of my uncle and helping my aunt with the sudden loss of her husband. Having to deal on such matters always seemed an uphill task, especially during bereavement. Plus the costs associated with dealing on such matters through solicitors was another worry and burden on my aunt's already limited resources and circumstances.
I found the fixed costs Probate Services that Shaun Hudson provided through research. My aunt and I were so glad to have used Shaun's Probate Services. From the start Shaun told us what information we needed to provide for him; you get quick response from him should there be any queries, and helpful with any information that was needed. He provided helpful checklists and drafts before preparing the application to the Courts for Grant of Probate, he dealt with the tax and the Court costs. Everything went smoothly and my aunt got her Grant of Probate earlier than I imagined. Extremely happy with the outcome and the Probate Service that Shaun provided at such a difficult time. We would thoroughly recommend Shaun and the professional Probate services that he provides to anyone who has the responsibility of dealing with such matters at such a difficult time. It is certainly worth its value.

An excellent service from start to finish. My brother and I engaged Wellbeing Services to obtain the grant of probate while dealing with our Father's Estate.
Shaun was very professional and considerate in his manner, he explained the process clearly, executed it very efficiently and kept us informed all the way through. I would have no hesitation in using them again if need be or in recommending them to anyone.

He was absolutely fantastic, he came to see me, he listened as it was a bit complicated well i thought its was but Shaun just sorted everything out on my behalf. I had put off doing it for 8 months after hearing how difficult it was going to be. How silly was I, 2 months on and its all completed and sorted out and at 4% of the cost of a solicitor. Outstanding service! I was at a loss on how to handle the probate process as there seemed to be so many tax forms. This company have navigated through the process with consummate skill and have kept me informed at very step of the journey. Their personnel chase up and confirm receipt of documents with HMRC and Probate where and when appropriate. I found their project management and communication skills second to none. They did all the heavy lifting and removed any burden from myself. This was also done at a highly cost effective price as well. I would recommend without reservation!

The service was fantastic!
I had to deal with this complicated (to me) probate application just after I lost my husband. A friend of mine found this service, I was initially apprehensive thinking I don’t want to be ripped off like using a solicitor. However the price was just it says on website no hidden surprise. The guy who dealt with my case was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. He even visited my house where is about 2 hours away by car with no extra charge, explained everything face to face, which I preferred than by phone.
I appreciate all the support he gave me while I’m having a difficult time and I definitely recommend the service to everyone.
