We ordered a Fridge Freezer from Costco which was delivered by Product Care. The communication was great and explained when they would deliver the item. My only complaint was they never called ahead of their arrival but we were at home so it wasn't a problem.
Upon arrival I was greeted by the crew who were both very friendly and polite. They came to look at where to bring the Fridge Freezer and were careful and respected our property throughout. They did a 1st class job and explained everything to us leaving our property as they found it. An all round 1st class experience

Gurpreet delivered our new tumble dryer today and was very professional from start to finish. He took time to unpack and show me the item before moving into its place, making sure it was level and testing it out. He then took responsibility for taking away all the packaging and old appliance. All done with a great attitude and a friendly demeanour.

I was informed via email that the delivery of a washing machine I purchased would be delivered within a time frame (16:00H and 18:00) today (Saturday the 4th of July; but I got a call at 10:01 AM today from a team member within the Delivery Product Care Team asking if I was available to receive the product 2 hours after the call; which I said yes to.
As I write this review, I am still waiting to receive the washing machine, and as I continue to wait, the progress delivery window shows unsuccessful; which is questionable as I have been waiting near the entrance for this delivery since 10:01 AM.
This is disrespectful.

Gurpreet great service very difficult job getting the chest freezer through the porch doors very helpful in every way put the freezer into the shed was very careful made sure no damage come to it and also took all the packaging away with him spent atleast 20-30minutes here trying to get it through the door taking his time

Tim & Joe were wonderful, went above and beyond to get my fridge freezer into my flat even with the awkward angle of the stairs, good interaction, arrived on time.

The driver was very friendly and very helpful even though I was his last delivery he took time to explain what I should do and took all the packing with him.

Excellent service from Product Care Group. Giuseppe arrived on time, quickly fitted my new Miele oven, removed the old one, and completed everything with no fuss at all.
