Fantastic delivery team consisting of Iulian Murgulet and his colleague. Due to a mix up on my part I didn’t realise the washing machine was being delivered today but the delivery team were incredibly patient and waited until we were ready.
They did an extremely professional job from start to finish.

Gurpreet and James provided an excellent service. Placed the fridge freezer exactly where instructed with great care.
Would highly recommend them.

Gurpreet and James well experienced great job bought American fridge and tricky one to bring it in my kitchen but tried three times to place it where I exactly want it and finally he did it.

I read some negative reviews on Google about this company, but personally I had a good experience with them. I couldn't track my delivery and was worried about whether my washing machine would arrive on time. I rang customer service, and the girl assured me that I was the next stop on the delivery route.
​Ryan Hill rang me 10 minutes before he arrived. He was very polite and professional. I thought this might be a two-person job, but he removed my old washing machine and installed the new one all by himself. Bless him, as it was such a hot day! I have nothing to complain about and just want to say a big thank you to Ryan. I’m very happy with the service I received today!

The two delivery guys were on time, helpful and considerate. Even with baking hot weather, they did everything that was promised for the delivery unlike some other couriers who dump the product outside the door and leave!
I had a two hour time slot the day before the delivery and confirmation of the slot on the day. It all worked very well.

Gurpreet and Louis delivered my fridge freezer today. Both were very professional and polite. They handled my product with excellent care. Assembled the fridge in exact placement, including making sure it was stable and plug in only to switch on in 4 hours at main socket. Very pleased with the service I received today. Thank you!!

Lee G was very friendly and helpful. Had a phone call when he was on his way but unfortunately this was past the two hour slot indicated. Live tracking was not actually updating anything. Lee was very pleasant and apologised for being late. Also I appreciate his hard work delivering heavy machinery during hot weather especially as he had to take away the old washing in several pieces!

Ryan Hill delivered to my elderly mum. He was very polite and nothing was too much trouble. I feel this is so rare these days. He deserves some definite praise for his service 👏

We ordered a washing machine from costco and had this delivered by Product Care Group. I had a time slot provided before the day and on morning of delivery I was provided with tracking information and a call from the drivers to give timings on arrival. On arrival I had 2 very friendly guys, David Stoica and Claudiu C and they were both incredibly professional, patient, friendly, and courteous throughout the delivery. They handled everything with great care, kept me informed and installed the washing machine for me. Both are a great credit to the company 👏

Had a fridge freezer delivered. The delivery team would not take it up the stairs and we are disabled, so I can’t use the product

I had a washing machine delivered by Julian Murgulet and the service was outstanding. He kept me updated on arrival time, handled the appliance with real care, and made sure it was positioned safely before leaving. Julian was polite, respectful of my home, and clearly takes pride in his work. Delivery was quick, smooth and stress‑free. Highly recommend him.
