James was the staff member I dealt with and he was out standing. We chatted a bit first so he knew what my situation was and then advised me on what he thought would be my best options.
The best part, he didnt force a sale on me and everything I decided was completely my own decision which he supported. I'm now fully covered to protect my family thanks to James!!
