I want to start off by saying thank you to your representative the man I spoke to today was a pleasure to talk to I just wish I could remember his name my day wasn't going that well because of my health conditions and the pain but by talking to this man he made me feel so at ease he went above and beyond to find me the right insurance me made sure he got rid of all my concerns I had and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand I felt secure in this guys hands and by the end of the call I not only had the insurance I needed for my son but he also made me forget about the pain I was in and made me laugh genuinely this man is a credit to your company I hope you guys know this thank you so much to the man who's name I can't remember you helped me break free from under the dark clouds that normally hover over me and I mean that what a man thank you so much Mr man professionalism and excellent mannerisms top top guy

I received a call from Steve Semple regarding life insurance application that I made last year via a comparison website.
Steve is an excellent customer service officer in the sense that I would have put my phone down on such calls but his calm nature, knowledge of what he was selling and manner of approach kept me till the end of the conversation and he was able to find me an alternative insurance policy.
