I found the staff very helpful and polite and I was very pleased my car passed the MOT and the price was cheaper than others.

Nothing too much trouble, took veh in early, called when finished so I could pick up early .

Very helpful and polite

I needed 4 new tyres and had initially checked prices online through Asda Tyres. In the end, I decided to pop into my local Protyre Wednesfield, and I’m really glad I did. The price wasn’t much different, so I decided to go with them.

The manager explained that they were really busy and would need to order my tyres, but he managed to book me in for the following day, which I was really impressed with considering how busy they were.

I dropped the car off on Saturday morning and was told by the staff member dealing with me that, despite being very busy and still having people walking in for jobs, they would definitely get my car done that day. He was great throughout and kept me informed.

They did exactly what they said they would. My car was ready before the store closed, with 4 brand-new tyres fitted at a really competitive price.

I also really appreciated the attention to detail. I stayed while the last wheel was being finished, and the staff member checked everything over and even reset the tyre pressure monitoring system — something other garages have forgotten to do in the past.

Overall, I’m really happy with the service, the price and how friendly and professional the staff were, especially considering how busy they were.

I’ll have absolutely no hesitation using Protyre Wednesfield again. Highly recommended! 👍 ps I forgot the techs name but he is a credit

Absolutely brilliant service from Raf and team at ProTyre in Bracknell. Had all four tyres on my car replaced here. Could not fault service, timing or price. Staff are friendly and Raf is just a great, honest and personable person.

I honestly can’t thank the team at Chemix Autocentre Halesowen enough.

I had a damaged tyre on a Saturday morning and was genuinely stuck. I popped in hoping they might be able to help, but there was only one person working. Despite being on their own and clearly having plenty to deal with, they still took the time to help me out and get my tyre sorted.

The whole experience was fantastic. Friendly, professional and, most importantly, genuinely willing to help when I was in a difficult situation.

That kind of service is becoming increasingly rare. When you’re stuck with a damaged tyre and don’t know what you’re going to do, having someone simply step up and help makes a massive difference.

Chemix Halesowen absolutely deserve recognition for this. I’ll definitely be using them again and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone.
