Scam never received my item 158 dollars and cut paste replies
Ordered 2 months ago status always showing pending and now site not operating

Ordered a package 2 weeks before Christmas, with an estimated delivery of 4-5 days, and did not receive my packages at all, despite the email that promised me that the order will arrive before Christmas. Thanks for ruining my Christmas eve.

Scam. Never received my items and when you email them they never answer your questions. They also gave me a fake tracking number

I received my fun Boho like pattern dress in a timely manner, which is much appreciated. The fabric is a nice smooth, soft, yet has some give to it.
I, being short, will need to hem it about 4” to hit me below knee & not past mid calf. It is pretty true to size, 5’2” & 180.. I ordered size XL, but I could have got a L for me with its style. The Sleeve elastic, was good.. (14” my biggest arm), L elastic may have been tighter but doable. I LOVE it & have received a few positive compliments when I wore it.

I ordered the first week in February and still nothing they avoid your questions I’m disputing my order and calling the bbb...

Experience was HORRIBLE! Put in an order Feb 7th & its February 18th now. Still no tracking number. I have contact them several times with questions being asked and they avoided my questions about my order but sent me irrelevant emails. Its been 2 weeks and no tracking number this is the longest I’ve ever waited for something. I also paid an additional 12 dollars for shipping and imagine me not having any clues on my package whereabouts, not only that I was also blocked from their INSTAGRAM page asking about my package and blocked from their FACEBOOK page & email also. That’s wrong in so many ways. I already put in a dispute and currently being investigated.

Still awaiting my order placed 4th January 2021, stated on delivery for item 11th January, nothing! Sent email and got stroppy one back. Eventually got text to give me tracking details, went onto website, it states delivery 7th Feb - 15th Feb, which is useless to me. They are still advising the same item, with delivery stated 16th January - 18th January!!!! They are quick enough to take your money, shame the same cannot be said about delivery.

Great product, but it took forever for it to arrive. I actually forgot that I ordered it until the shipping email reminded me.

I have not received any thing in over a month. She just sent me a tracking number which shows that only the label was created in UPS, there is not data showing it shipped! I asked for a refund but so far she just keeps delaying saying the product will ship or has shipped.. extremely unprofessional

If I could rate a zero I would. Appalling customer service. I placed an order 5 weeks ago and still haven’t received. They keep sending me copy&paste replies telling me to contact Australia Post yet they sent the package via Arsmex/Fastway. The courier company has advised the package has gone missing and that the supplier holds responsibility yet Prytty keeps sending me emails advising the package is “ready for collection”. Have asked multiple times for a refund and all I get is a copy & paste reply advising the package is ready for collection at Arsmex. It is no wonder they have to keep changing their name.

I ordered four shirts. I kept three of them and gave one away because it had way too much contrast. The colors are close to what I saw online but not exact (of course because that is unrealistic). The cut was what I expected, boxy and not tailored. I like the tunic because it goes great with my jeans and has a band that keeps it down. The striped shirt/sweater is sexy. The material is ok, I can't really tell what it is but I had moderate expectations.

The shirts are unique and I am happy to have them. People comment on or compliment me when I am wearing them. It took a while (3-4 weeks) to get them and I wasn't sure if it was a scam or not based on what I read online. So I was pretty happy when they showed up. That said, I personally wouldn't expect to be able to return them to the company if they don't work out (international mail - yikes!) and would keep that in mind if I ordered again.

Prytty was efficient and smiling and followed some tricky directions to the door. Great experience, much needed coffee. Thank you!
