I can’t give a one. If you click on bad experience it takes you away to a worthless number to “resolve your issues” that is the only reason this place has stars. I filed a Mail fraud complaint. This is a scam. You will not receive the item in the image on their web site but something “like” it. Garbage is the correct word. They use a third party shipping so there is no way to get your money back. I filed a USPS complaint because this is some Asian stuff using postal service to deliver.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I purchased a velvet purple dress and it was too short and the slit in the back of the dress exposed my rump. I wanted to simply return and the so called “customer service” told me that they would not accept a return OR refund my money, as there was no physical error with the product. Terrible experience. I ended up donating the dress and hope someone shorter than myself can enjoy it. Do not buy from this seller.

Unique well constructed correctly sized top. It’s a fun top to wear the color dispersed over the white top makes it useful with and color pant. I would buy another similar top but with shipping charges the cost soars and so it not a decision taken lightly.

I was unable to exchange or return any of the items I bought. Apparently their policy only allows this if the items are defective!!
Which was very annoying as their sizes don’t seem to match Uk sizes. I ordered all mine as a side 10 & they all came far too large, all I wanted to do was get a smaller size but they refused.
I will never be shopping with them again.

Bought them for my granddaughters. They loved them.

T-shirts are beautiful and vibrant.
Shipping took longer than expected due to covid but communication was great.

THis is by far the worst clothing I have order through the mail. The quality and sizing of these items is terrible. All I want is to find out is when I will receive my refund. I do have another company working on this for me, I would rather get this resolved from you

Poor quality, terrible return policy. I am convinced the positive reviews here are fake. The quality is unbelievably bad--awful synthetic fabric with various quality issues like bleach spots and visible stitching. I received one tunic with the pockets not even sewn shut, and they offered to reimburse me for $30 even though the item cost $34.99. The stuff also took months to arrive. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Please do not order from this company! I ordered 4 items and all were a huge disappointment. The quality and fit are subpar. The tops are equal in width and length (a perfect square) with a 4 inch band sewn on bottom instead of a hem. The pants crotch is so long, you must roll at waistband to look right. I have gone back and forth with customer service to return. They don’t accept returns. These are made in China
