Fraudulent company... they don’t follow their returns policy or refund policy. I bought a dress that doesn’t fit and they keep giving me the runaround.

Like other reviewers here, if I could give a negative 100 score i would. What a scam this company is. I ordered 5 tops and paid the equivalent of $300 aussie dollars. Waited for weeks for delivery and was utterly disappointed to find that these are all cheap and nasty copies of the photos from their website. Cotton blend? Try shiny polyester! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - OR THEIR SISTER COMPANY TUCICI as they are one and the same. Poor quality, unwearable garments. I am now going through Paypal to attempt to get a refund. PS I wish i had seen these reviews prior to purchase. I believe any positive reviews are FAKE and written by the company - maybe something Trust pilot could look into?

I agree with many of the reviews here. The clothes are terrible - they cheap and nasty, polyester versions of what is shown on the photos. I never normally review online shops but I feel I must here to warn others - DONT BUY FROM THIS ORGANISATION!! I am sure many of the good reviews are posted by the company themselves. Extremely over priced - very disappointed.

The clothes took forever to come which was a warning already. When they arrived, they were cheap and nasty polyester versions of the photographs. For the price, I wasn’t expecting a prom dress but these clothes are unwearable. Now they refuse to accept a return. This is a total scam. Don’t waste your money. I’m going to try a refund through my bank.

If I could give it zero I would. Total scam. Over priced for terrible quality and design, advertised with beautiful pictures then they send you a cheap polyester version, looks nothing like the pictures, warehouse in Dubai and they will not take returns.
They keep trying to give me a “discount”. These clothes aren’t worth a few dollars. Do not waste your time or money. I’m sure all the “good” reviews on here are paid for by prytty.com

Cheap polyester clothing that fits awkwardly. Overpriced. You can’t return items, so just don’t order!!!

I ordered a T Shirt from Prytty. I was overcharged in US dollars. The shirt arrived and what was described as a cotton blend t-shirt is 100% polyester. I will never use this site again. Complete waste of money and cheap looking garment.

I got suckered by the snazzy looking Instagram ads like many others. After a battle with the company I only got my money back as I paid through PayPal who decided (very quickly!) in my favour. Shocking quality clothing from
China that looks nothing like the photos.

I ordered three dresses all described as being cotton or chiffon. They are all cheap polyester. The patterns are printed on one side, interior is white.

The one dress was described as having an elastic waist. It arrived with a non elastic waist, full zipper in the back. Because of a physical disability I cannot use the zipper. I have tried repeatedly to ask for a return code which they refuse to give. They send generic responses saying “please allow for minor difference in size and color.” Well, this isn’t a minor difference and it’s not how the product is described. Their customer service very obviously does not understand English.

Scam. Do not buy. You can get better quality clothes at a thrift store.

I placed an order that when it arrived 24 days later was not even similar to the image of the items ordered not the fabric listed on the page the sizing was not close to their own page measurements and one didn’t even resemble the item at all! This is something you would find in Dollar General! Save your money! Seriously this is junk

This company is a scam. The quality is terrible, cheap, material, does not look at all like the photo. Customer service is horrible, they refuse to accept a return.

Quality is terrible and sizing is way off. They refuse to return or exchange, despite saying they have an "easy return and exchange policy." Stay away.

This is a huge rip off , the fabric is a cheap synthetic... advertised as cotton blend , the size was way off ,no exchange even though it is not as per the size chart , do not buy from these people you are wasting your money

This company, which seems to go by many names, is a scam. The clothes are awful. Cheap material, terribly made. They are NOTHING like the photos. I feel embarrassed that I’ve been scammed. Returns policy looks non existent. Honestly I don’t know if they have written the last lot of reviews on here because, please trust me, there is nothing amazing about their products. Do not buy from here or any website selling the same style. They seem to go by many names.

Dress never came. Ever. Talked to customer service multiple times stating I need to call SF International who ships it. The number provided was wrong and nobody spoke English, I’m out over $60. I wouldn’t take the chance ordering... it’s 50/50 you’ll get what you ordered.

THIS COMPANY DESERVES NEGATIVE STARS IN MY OPINION!!!!!!!! I purchased about 5 sweaters from prytty on December 27, 2019. I paid around $170 for these really cute and reasonably priced sweaters. Today is February 25, 2020, and I still have not received my sweaters nor an email that my sweaters have shipped. The day I purchased my sweaters I emailed them regarding a discount, have not received a response. They do not have a valid telephone number on their website and they have not responded to any of my emails. If I could do more to shut down this company I would but unfortunately, they can just keep getting away with this. IF YOU CAN AVOID BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE PLEASE DO SO AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE FRAUDS AND THIEVES AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY FROM YOU.

I like the fit, I got a small. I'm 5'4 135. I should have gotten it bigger and a different color. It looks like long johns a lil. I like how it looks on me.

Stay far, far away from this company. The clothing looks great out of the box but is cut for bodies that don't exist in nature. I ordered two sizes of the same thing to make sure, and neither fits (I am a very easy body to fit). Worst of all, they do NOT accept returns. The communication is in such broken English that I can't understand their reasoning. I have asked where they post their return policy, to no avail. Lesson learned. I'll be donating these to Goodwill in the hopes that someone out there is shaped like football player on top and a broomstick on the bottom.

I ordered products from Prytty in mid November and received it 2 months later. They show a 10-15 day shipping but never packed it until January but charge my card I’m November. I wish that was all. The clothes are horribly cheap. They look nothing like the pictures. I can wait for good clothing but this was false advertisement. If you contact them to return you have to pay for shipping all the way back to Hong Kong which is expensive . There isn’t a US address to return product. Please don’t throw your money away. I plan to report to the BBB because these companies are popping up all over the internet. They have poor business practices and take advantage of people.

Buyer be ware! They do not accept return or exchange if item does not fit!
