Excellent company.

I’ve had several items from this store, usually after seeing them advertised on morning shows. I’ve found them excellent to deal with. Good specials, delivery and quality of the items. My last purchase was the multi function speaker. It’s wonderful and a two for one offer is great.

Infinity Pulse charge

Very disappointed with this product l was hesitating for months and months whether to get some and I did, boy did I regret it.
One charger holds my phone magnet wise, and it’s not that great like they say, the other one no it doesn’t at all.
Was told to purchase a cover that suitable for the magnet, which is silly to have to do that. Why didn’t they think of that when manufacturer was making them?

Only charges one phone then you’ve gotta recharge it, the batterycharging takes hours. Doesn’t charge numerous phones like they say, not enough battery.

For the price, it’s definitely not worth it.
Sad very for the price of the product. Not good at all. Not happy at all😠🥲

Thanks so much for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your wireless Pulse Charger. Usually, this comes down to how your phone magnetically aligns with the charger. It sounds as though you simply have an incompatible phone or protective case.

Does your phone have built-in magnets?

Currently, the only phones with built-in magnetic (MagSafe or Qi2) technology that don't require a special case are the Apple iPhone 12 or newer (excluding SE and 16e) and the Google Pixel 10.

The Solution: You likely just need a compatible case

If you have a different phone model, or if you are using a standard phone case, your phone won't stick to the charger properly. Without proper magnetic alignment, the phone may overheat, charge inconsistently, or fail to charge at all.

The good news is that you can easily fix this by putting a MagSafe or Magnetic Qi-compatible case on your phone. You can find these at almost any shopping centre phone store or at online marketplaces like Amazon or eBay.

Does your phone support wireless charging at all?

If you want to double-check that your phone actually has wireless charging capability inside it, you can search for your exact phone model on GSM Arena https://www.gsmarena.com

Scroll down to the "Battery" section, and it will tell you if it supports "Wireless" charging.

You can also check our Compatibility list under the related product for more info: Pulse Charge - Products https://www.pulsecharge.com.au/collections/products

Please let me know if you have any questions or if you'd like me to help you check your specific phone model.

Kind regards,
The Pulse Team

Purchased their pack of 4 leads

Purchased their pack of 4 leads. Their warranty states - does not cover snapped or bent charging tips- Unbelievable and no wonder as the very first time we plugged it in the charging tip lead snapped off. Horrible quality when it breaks so easily

VERY POOR QUALITY

Number one. It's not magnetic.
Number two. It charges super slowly.
Number three. It has a connection to the charger, but it doesn't have USB connection at the other end!!! WHY!!
These are very poor quality items. I bought 2 magnetic pulse chargers for $149, but, quite frankly, they're BS!

Hi Troy,

We understand it is frustrating when a product breaks, but we need to clarify the facts of this situation for anyone reading this review.

When you contacted us regarding your Venus Pulse charger, our assessment indicated that the charging port had sustained physical damage. Under standard warranty policies—and in line with Australian Consumer Law—physical damage that occurs after delivery is not classified as a manufacturing defect.

Despite this, because we were unable to come to a mutual agreement during our correspondence, we processed a full refund for your entire order before you even posted this review.

We always strive to look after our customers, which is why we opted to return your money to ensure you were not left out of pocket. We are genuinely disappointed to see a review that leaves out the fact that you have already been made completely financially whole.

As your full refund has been issued, we consider this matter closed and wish you the best in finding a charger that suits your needs.

A+ Customer service

We initially had some issues with the product but the company and their after sale service can not be faulted. The wireless charger was replaced after a simple email with some troubleshooting suggestions were provided but did not remedy the problem, and the replacement is working as promoted on TV and on-line.

Not as advertised

Unable to charge without removing protective phone case or plugging in via usb. Only fast charges when plugged in via usb. Hopeless magnet - it slips right off my phone.

A handy 'just in case' 4-in-1 Universal Charging Cable.

I already have 1 of 4-in-1 Universal Charging Cable from a previous order. I carry it in my handbag as a 'Just in case' I need it. I took advantage of purchasing the Super Pack sale, great gift ideas + they are handy for 'just in case' a charge is needed. Thank you Pulse Charge.
