Never received product when ordered in March. I'm out of the money. They do not reply

I ordered 3 at the end of December and never received a confirmation of my order or the order itself. I wasn't even sure if my order went through because they never arrived. Now, I just noticed the payment I made. It is July 2025. This supposed purchase was done through a third party called "Reach" or maybe "With Reach." BEWARE! They say that the company, Puppy Mothers, no longer exists. I cannot get a refund and since it is over 180 days, Pay Pal cannot help me either. BEWARE, BEWARE! Don't buy this!

I order back in Dec and never got my order. every time I emailed them they said they had so many orders that they where behind and mine will be shipped soon. and now you cant get ahold of Puppy Mothers

Have not recieved my order from January, cannot send them an email to their support team, website shows up in error. Buyers beware! 😡

I never received my order from November 2024 and they stopped responding. Horrible experience.

Made an order November 29th 2024 still have not received my order. Contacted them said they was a delay because they ran out of the free gifts and now they won't Contact you back website is down and can't get my refund either. Big scam

I ordered one of the air filters on December 2, 2024. I never received it and as someone else wrote on here, I thought someone stoled it off my porch. I emailed several times, someone would respond and say they were behind on manufacturing them....this went on and on. Website down....at least some of you didn't get scammed!

Ordered one and never received it!! I sent 4 emails, but got no response and no product. I tried to send another, but can’t pull it up from emails I sent. Beware!!!!!!!!! I am out the money for the product.

I had one originally and I liked it so in January, I purchased some more plus the filters. after a couple weeks, I thought someone stole the package so I contacted them and they said that they were blown away with orders. So I waited a little bit longer and sent a couple more emails with no response
And now I see the website is gone. I am very upset and I called my bank and filed a claim so I don’t know what’s gonna happen but I paid a lot of money and I’m really ticked off.

Just received my two that I ordered. Ordered them because I have two German shepherds and they don't ever have accidents. I was looking for something to help with the wet dog smell when it rains etc... and let's be honest if anyone has pets there will always be a pet smell no matter how clean your house is. And I can't believe the difference in just a few days of using them. Every time someone comes into my house they have always commented on how nice the house smells but now they are asking what I'm using differently because it smells amazing, they described it as a cleaner smell than usually. So I would have to say they are a win and am pleased I decided to purchase two!

I'm really amazed how well these work. I have dogs and short of being greeted by 3 golden retrievers, you'd never know it when you walk in.

I think they're working well I have noticed I haven't sneezed as much. And the air does feel and smell fresher!

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER
I ordered 2 of the Pet Air Purifiers on 11/20/24 and never received my order. I called and got a customer service person who requested my name and number and told me someone will contact me. WELL, I still do not have the items nor have I heard from anybody.

We bought some and they do work. (We are in QLD, Australia). Our dog sleeps in our kids' rooms and I found they smell like dog. I turn this on and within an hour it doesn't smell anymore. It even removed the teenage boy smell!

I don't ever do reviews, but this company has me so frustrated! I placed an order on January 14th and I have yet to receive my product. I have called several times and their "answering service" says that they will pass my request along to the company and that I will hear back in 24 hours, but of course, nothing happens. I have emailed them, and no response either. I just want my money back!

I will say I was not sure if it would actually work, regardless of the comments that were left and reviews on their website. I bought 3. I have a litter of pups in my office and to say the smell can be overwhelming is an understatement. Well within 24 hours it had made a big difference and 48 hours you would never know there was puppies in there. If they can control that odor they are excellent in my opinion.

They never sent my order and then never refunded me!!

I wish there was an option to put zero stars!!
My wife ordered the pet air purifier in November 2024, she contacted this company 3 times for the status of this order, no response. She requested a refund, no response. Not sure how this company received some of the reviews that i’ve read but this company is a complete disappointment. Next we will contact the BBB.

Ordered back in January. Nothing. No response to two emails . Guess I lost the money on this one. Don't know how the people said that they got theirs but I would like to receive it or my not back 😞

I ordered this product jan 3, 2025 and still have not gotten it and I have emailed them and no response but once and it said just wait it is coming it is mar 7, 2025 still no product or return email back since I email just about everyday. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY 😕 I probably won't get product and they ran off with payment also. SEND ME MY PRODUCT 🤡.
