I've placed an order and paid for it back in January 2025. I've contacted twice by email asking about my order and still no response as of today!

Can’t leave negative stars, so 1 star will have to do. Sent this company $109 in January and have yet to receive my product or a refund. I have contacted them repeatedly. Filed a claim with the payment method today.😡

I have German Shepherds in a 1-bedroom apartment. I have 3 of these things and it's a game changer. I sleep and breathe so much better!

I sent this company 265.00 and NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! I sent multiple emails with NO RESPONSE.!

If I could give negative stars I would!! Complete SCAM! Hell is too good a place for you based upon all the people you have scammed out of their money. Ordered 1/7/25, no product, no refund and website shut down.

Like others on here, I never got my order. Thankfully I used PayPal and was able to get my money back

I order a puppy mothers dog smell machine and never received it. I ordered it three months ago. I would either like my machine or my money back asap.

I ordered from this company those air purifiers I was supposed to get two and then get one free have not received neithermerchandise and I ordered back over an over a month ago then they charged me over $100 for the filters they charged me over $300 for the filters and the air purifiers I told them that I couldn’t afford a lot of that money I have not received neither of those products and I have contacted them, and I have not received that money in my bank and they have ignored me. They have sent me a message saying we’re looking into it, but I have not heard anything about it and then when I tried to write you on the site it says it can’t be found now.

i ordered 3 devices. never received them and now the company is out of business. so there goes the money that i spent for them.

Never got my purifiers matter of fact the added on all types of charges added to my card! Getting a hold them is horrible!!!!! I called my credit card company report it as fraud! I will also be reporting it to the bbb. They charged my card over $600 and the free gifts they are not free! Be aware it’s a scam!

I bought two. One for a room with five crates for dogs to sleep. One for my bedroom where two more sleep. I was skeptical as small as they are. With seven dogs of all sizes from dachshund to St Bernard, I am surprised how well these work. They are quiet and do remove all of the odors. The rooms are fresh.

Never received items that I ordered in Nov. Kept getting told my order was out to the front. Then got rolls it was closed and no refund and no product

Never got my air purifier and like others on here all I ever got from customer service is an email saying it had shipped but no tracking. I did an email chat 3 more times. Twice I was told it shipped (but still no tracking #) And 1 no it hasn't shipped yet. I went to contact them again and found out they just closed down no warning. And all existing orders (I'm sure mine was one) will be cancelled. They "can't" process refunds, so you need to go to your bank to get a refund. What a scam. I'm just glad I only had the money to buy one!

Working with the fraud company at my bank. In January I ordered 6 filters, they took my money and now they are out of business. No one will return my emails. I did notice that they are still advertising on Facebook so do not order from this company. They are a complete scam.

Placed order in January never received the order but they took the money I'm out that money tried to contact them have not received any info other than it's being processed

I think this is a scam. I still have not received my order. I sent them an email and they assured me that they were backed up and would send my order asap. When you go to their website it is unavailable. Stay clear from them. I got ripped off.

Ordered over $300.00 in products I never revived confirmation of the order nor did I receive the products . They refuse to refund

Ordered 4 purifiers and told would get gifts spent 160$ and still have not received anything and as of Jan 12 no response from customer service. Only automated have not received the refund either

I ordered 5 air purifier and 6 filters on January 13, 2025. Got e-mail confirmation of my order and order number and as of to date, February 11, 2025 still not received anything. I paid more than $200+ US and when I went back to my emails they were all gone and couldn’t retrieve any of the emails they had sent. Luckily I screenshot and saved the order number and will wait for two more weeks before reporting to law enforcement for help.
