I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE buying from PuppyMothers.com. This is a horrible company… I placed my order on December 16, 2024. I received an immediate acknowledgment of my order along with a statement that my order was “being prepared for shipment” and that I would receive tracking information. Since then? Crickets! I don’t expect to ever see my order after multiple email exchanges touting the same empty promises. I’ve given up and will file a complaint with my CC company. Don’t waste your time or money here.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered 11/22 and have yet to receive anything. I have called twice with no response and the email that I sent was answered with, ”we will contact you in 48 hours “ I have yet to receive a response. I was also charged for a filter for the product that I haven’t received. I re- cancelled that subscription. DON’T DO IT!

Another scam. Ordered Nov 17. It is now Dec 29. No machine, no contact from company and no way to track. This is fraud.

Products ordered 12/6/24. Was told on 12/18 it had shipped and would arrive in a week. Didn't happen. Inquired again on 12/26 and was told it would ship soon. SCAM!

Like another reviewer, I ordered 3 units in November, based on a Facebook ad. I have never received the units. Now they are allegedly sending me replacement filters via a subscription that I did not purchase. And of course charging me for the filters as well as the air freshener units.

It's now December 26th and to this day, no one has answered my question. I still don't have a tracking or my product that I ordered on November 16th. Worst customer service you will ever experience. No one will answer your emails. Whatever you do keep your money and order from somewhere else this company is horrible. Can't say anything about the product because I don't have it and maybe will never get it. Stay away from puppy mothers. Buy it on Amazon.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased. I gave tried to return the order and then nothing. Biggest scam ever. If you're smart DON'T ORDER. The bad reviews are true. Also check the BBB's site, nothing good there either. Beware!

I placed an order on November 18th and have not received anything from the company other than another email for another order on a monthly renewing subscription for filters. I've called and tried emailing the customer support and have heard nothing back.

Ordered, never shipped. Contact is a joke, sam automated email responses with no actual response. Called phone number, goes straight to answering machine.

I ordered 2 airpurifiers on November 22nd and still no tracking number or updates on my order.I do not recommend ordering from this website,they take your money and don't deliver the goods. Wish I would have seen negative reviews at the time of ordering,but there weren't any available at the time.

Ordered over a week ago, still have not tracking information. Contacted several times with no response. Went to Facebook and found several people with the same issue. 10 out of 10 don't recommend. They just take your money. Extremely poorly run business.

SCAM- never received my item. I have email and called with no response. Eventually disputed the charges with my credit card company.

if I could give a 0 star review I sure would. I placed an order on Nov 16th 2024, paid for my order the same day almost $300. its now 12/11/224and I have received none of my order. I left a voice mail last week; no call back. I tried to fill out their o line form and just get a translation error. however i am getting texts offering me 20% off my next order...I will not buy from them again nor would I refer them... BBB is my next step then my bank to file fraud.

Products delivered quickly pricing was reasonable for the products ordered. More importantly my air in the house is much fresher and crisp.

I have placed units on every level of my home.

I wish I could give a negative number. I ordered 5 of these units on October 2nd and now it's December 7th. no product and no refund. I've contacted them over 7 times and even got the BBB involved, and they can't even find an address for them. I don't understand how anyone could give them a 5 star rating, this is the worst experience. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID.

I ordered on November 17th 2024 and still haven’t received my package I’ve called left messages and sent them multiple emails with no response yet feels like a scam to me hopefully I’m wrong so I’m still going to try I’d really like to have this product

If I could have given negative stars to puppy mothers and their product, I would have. The product needs to be fixed or they should update the description of the product to "a tiny machine that won't run for any sort of extended time without starting to sound like it's going to explode, will actually make your house smell worse because the fan is dying inside and we have the absolute worst replacement/return policy and bullshit customer service reps that don't actually want to help you because deep down they know their product sucks." I've never had a company not even attempt to replace a broken unit when it's so far from what it's supposed to be. When contacted, they never did anything to address my actual questions or concerns, only repeated the same BS line in a different way with each response. Also, the time it took to actually receive the product from the date of purchase was ridiculous as well.

I ordered in October they emailed me November 12th saying they just shipped it because they ran out of the free gifts and had been waiting to get more before sending out my order. I emailed them 11/28/24 asking where my order was since I was never given a tracking number. I got an email saying they would get back to me in 48 hours. Today is 12/3/24 still haven’t heard from them and still haven’t received my order. I emailed again tonight hopefully they will answer tomorrow. Can’t find a phone number to call

Ordered in October and still haven't received it, when track the item found it was coming internationally, from China, disappointed with that, especially when that wasn't mention , seems like such an American kinda of website , probably could have got it from temu at that rate ,

Ordered almost a month ago and never received product. Then I was billed twice for the same product. After reading the bad reviews I tried to cancel and can't reach anyone.
