I placed an order for a Purifier on 01/03/2025, I have not received it as of 02/11/2025. I tried to call with no response only goes to a voicemail. Tried emailing only get a generated emails saying it’s ready to be shipped with no tracking number. Now I notice their website is closed so it’s a complete scam. Please never order from them they are nothing but scammers they take your money with no product in return. I’m very disappointed how they run their business.

I order the air purifier on Jan. 1, 2025. They took my money but I never received anything from them. I believe this is a scam. Got for for $59 so I am doing a report to BBB on them. Don't waste your time or money on them

SCAM..SCAM..SCAM.. I PLACED MY ORDER BACK IN DECEMBER 2024. NEVER RECEIVED A TRACKING NOR MY PACKAGE. I ONLY RECEIVED 2 EMAILS SAYING THEY WERE BACK UP. JUST REQUEST MY MONEY BACK BUT NOW SUPPOSEDLY THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS.. 🚨🚨HIGH ALERT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM TOTALLY SCAMERS..

Placed an order for 3 and 3 filters on December 24 2024 and have received NOTHING as of February. Numerous requests were made and I got replies of STILL PROCESSING - TRACKING SHOULD BE READY SOON, etc. At the time of my order I listed a wrong city and state. I corrected this mistake and received a reply that my correct city and state has been corrected and my order had been prioritized on January 31st. Haven't heard another thing as of February 8.

Waiting for my refund and come to find out they no longer exist!

I ordered an air purifier from them on Jan 16th and so far have never received it. They emailed me and said I it was ready for shipping and I should have received a tracking number. I never got one or the product. I emailed them and asked about it. They said things were backed up and they would check on it and that I would get a tracking number when it was ready to ship. I have never received either the number or the package. Today I Ttried to go to their sit e to check on things and there is a notice that they are closing down and to go to customer service and email them to find out what they can do about my order. I tried to go there,but couldn't get into the site. It say's I need a password to get in and don't have one and there doesn't seem to be any way to create one. I think if they are closing down they should be contacting all of the people who place orders that didn't go out and let us know what's going on and how we can get our money back. THAT IS IF THEY ARE LEGIT.

Ordered merchandise from this company. They kept telling me my order would be delivered any day. That was in January and I still haven't seen it. Don't trust this company they will rip you off.

Puppy mothers took my money for these machines. Order placed Jan 1.
As of Feb 4th only one response from them. Nothing received. I filed a claim at PayPal for a refund.
A recurring charge is coming thru my bank for $32.95. Now I have to go to my bank to get it reversed. Not happy. Scam.

I HAVE CONTACTED THEM MANY TIMES AND THEY TOOK $139.80 FROM ME AND NEVER SENT ME THE PRODUCT. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I HAVE REACHED OUT MANY TIMES AND SO HAS MY HUSBAND. NOT ONE REPLY TO REFUND MY MONEY. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH BBB AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS IF YOU HAVE HAD THE SAME TREATMENT.

I ordered three a few weeks ago, and they are legitimately amazing! We have three dogs, so this is a life saver!

These are junk do not buy. After taking months to get here they are tiny little units that require a usb plug. THey do absolutely nothing for the air in the room. Dont waste your money. 1 of the 3 doesnt even work at all. Buy a large unit for less money and find a spot for it you will get better results.

My one unit was making a loud noise. I sent them a video of the noise. They asked me to confirm my address and the date i bought them because they wanted to send me a replacement right away. Also to start things I had to email them 3 times til I got a reply. Anyway I sent a reply back stating that info was all correct. A few days later I received a email stating that I was past my money back guarantee and therefore will not replace the faulty one. After they said they would replace it. This place is a joke and their products are junk.

1 Star is too high for their customer service!!! My first order for Air Purifiers went fine last summer - I really like the purifiers. On November 15, 2024 I ordered 6 HEPA filters and now, 2 months later, NOTHING but emails that say nothing. I have sent emails and placed phone calls. I am going back to my Credit Card company to see if anything can be done, but I have probably waited too long.

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats inside, and my husband would gripe everyday about the dog smell, even right after they had baths. I have a 6-month-old GSD and she plays hard outside and comes in. I ordered 2 and put one in my kitchen and one in my living room, and we were amazed at how much it helps. Literally can't smell dog when you walk in my house now!

I bought this and it was not working properly so they finally sent me a label to return for refund
They got my item back 6 MONTHS ago and not issued my refund yet
They keep saying they have tried and it’s being rejected
Don’t buy from them

Horrible company!! Never received my order. Can’t get an answer just computer generated replies. Filed fraud through my bank. Do not do business with this company

Well this company sucks and a scam. Orderd from them 45 days ago and still have not gotten my product. Have emailed them and either dont here back from them or they tell me since there is a high volume of orders its taking longer for my product. I think it's a bunch of
crap. SCAM.

1 unit became defective just after 30 days but these only have 30 day warranty, so no replacement or refund. Plus they are loud for their size and I don't feel they helped with our "dog smell" in the house at all. Regret the purchase. Not recommended.

I only wanted one but they took 174 dollars out of my checking account and said my order was on the way and they wouldn’t even discuss a refund. I would never have ordered from them if I would’ve known the outcome. I am very disappointed. I think this company should be investigated by the BBB.

Garbage. I fell for a Facebook scam, not the first time but I'm learning my lesson! Always just run a quick google search before making purchases off of Facebook. They don't tell you the size of this thing. It is no bigger than a McDonald's apple pie. I put it in my bedroom with the door closed. It doesn't work at all. Two dogs, who stay in my bedroom during the day and this thing did nothing to help with smell. I think they pay people to write positive reviews. The correspondance leaves much to be desired as well. Quick to take your money though! Was advertised you could get your money back, but they don't respond to emails. Tried to report to the BBB, but they aren't an accredited business. Go figure.
