I ordered/received 3 purifiers and immediately plugged them in. I could not believe how after a day or so, the odor left behind by my old dog (who has frequent accidents) dissipated. But the real test was when I plugged one purifier in my husband's reptile room. The room is large and there are several reptiles in it. The first purifier took away most of the odor but when I plugged the second one in, the smell vanished. I was very skeptical when I ordered the purifiers but I am now a believer and plan on ordering more. The only negative thing I can think of is it took some time to receive my order. I would definitely recommend the air purifiers.

This is a scam. I purchased one and it arrived broken. Won't even turn on. I have sent several emails and get an auto response that they will reply within 48 hours. That was over a week ago. No response. Don't be taken. Don't buy!!!!!

The cost of this food makes it impossible for retired folks. Otherwise really good food.

There was an issue with the order I placed and I got an auto response to my email (their preferred method of communication). I haven't heard anything since and now it's 5 days later (though 2 of those days were over the weekend). I want to cancel but the phone number immediately wants you to leave a voice mail to contact them by email, which has not worked. There was no estimated delivery time and it's hard not to accidentally add extras to your order (which is what happened to me).

Good at freshening up room. Smaller than I expected.

I got mine a week ago. And can’t believe the difference. These are wonderful. Not only puppy smells but I have an old house that has that old musty smell that you can’t get rid of 2 days y’all and it was gone. I just had 3 back surgeries and a lot of friends in and out. They can’t believe the difference either. Thank you

It’s nice to walk into my home and not smell dog. I love my baby but not the smells that come with having a pet. I have been so self conscious of how my home smells that I would ask family if my home smelled bad. It feels like fresh air coming from the purifiers.

I ordered over a month ago and have not received the product. I have sent email inquiries as I don’t see a phone number readily available on the website. My emails are answered woth the same canned response that they are escalating my concerns to someone … not true . Cancelling the order ..

First of all, none of the photos, nor, descriptions, tell you that they have to be plugged in to USB for all times. Second of all, customer service is not exist. Having received three of them and later time plugged in, I asked to return them. Well, they received them and said one was damaged so $50! This is not the case as I never used them!

This device is Amazing! It's small and compact does everything they say it does. My house no longer smells of dog or dog pee from our puppy. Great job!

I have a mini dachshund and she has used my rugs as her bathroom whenever she feels like it like…when it’s raining or just any random time! These air purifiers have made such a huge difference. It’s a game changer! The reason I’m giving it a four and not a five is because I don’t think you can order the filters by themselves. I have searched the website, and now they have upgraded the machines and I will have to repurchase the machines to get the filters I believe.

These air fresheners really seem to work and they are quite attractive

Currently working with the Fraud Department at Truist Bank. They took money from my account for payment of two units and filter but say they cannot find a order connected to my name or email address. I advised them that I had contacted the Truist Fraud Dept. An email from them this morning now claims to have refunded me through PayPal. The fraud department at Paypay has NO Record of this transaction much less a refund. Just updated the bank and forwarded them the emails with their fraudulent statement. Advised the bank that the debit card used is NOT connected to PayPal!!! Truist is ON IT

We have two of these and 3 dogs. We were skeptical when we got them because they are tiny. However, they really work and work great!!!!
