First class product & service at a good price. Delivery charge seemed high, so bought 3 bath mats instead of the 1 that I intended.

According to their website, they accept international orders. Once you place the order, someone will be in contact with you to organize payment. I did just that, and two weeks later have yet to be contacted by phone or email. Sent two additional emails in the case a problem occurred with my order, but never received a reply. The only two emails I did receive, other than the order confirmation on the day of my order, was asking me to review their service. I have been holding off doing a review, in the case someone might contact me soon. Unfortunately, I don’t wait anymore. If you do not want to take international orders, please do not offer it, or at least reply and let the customer know that you would rather not.

Very good quality with really nice range of choices.
The only issues - for my taste - is the shipping price. In that price range it should really be included in the price of cork itself.

This purchase went very well. I wanted adhesive that the usual supplier couldn't provide. It was listed here, albeit more expensive, but having checked it really was in stock they agreed to hold my purchased quantity until I was ready to receive it. All very helpful!

Great product, fast delivery and well packaged.

The company is helpful, the website is good and the cork that we received is nice. But we had a bit of a problem with the delivery (which is done by a different company). We ordered 16 boxes of cork in advance of fitting because it needs to acclimatise.
I am 65 and my wife is 69. We wanted the cork delivered one meter inside our front door. But the driver simply left the cork - and even the pallet - in a parking space outside our house saying that this was "company policy". That may be so in which case its not their responsibility. Besides anything else I will have to break up the pallet and take it to my local tip.
I think Puretree Cork have not selected a suitable delivery company for domestic consumer deliveries. We've had other deliveries when the drivers have been very helpful and brought material into the house. There may be something about this in the fine print of the Puretree Cork website but I didn't manage to find it.

Product was good - as described and good value. ‘next business day delivery’ arrived on Wednesday for an order placed Friday evening. Plan a couple days tolerance into your deliveries and you’ll be happy with your experience.

They quickly sent some cork samples. Cork was cut to my size with clean edges.

I was a challenging customer for sure but the customer service from the warehouse and head office was brilliant.

Great product. Delivery when asked for. Cork easy to lay and warmer underfoot than laminate.

Ordered tiles with a 'real person' after lunch on one day and they arrived the following morning, exactly as described. What's not to like!!
