Cork is king!
I was looking to replace a thin, old, crumbling, cork bath mat. Ordering was simple, though choosing to collect from the factory nearby was a bit more complicated.
The mat is thick and generously sized, it's great to step out of the bath or shower onto its lovely warm smooth surface. Forget towelling bath mats, cork's the thing and it's sustainable too.

Damaged on delivery
Product arrived damaged with many boards having their edges crushed. I had to spend a lot of time counting and photographing each board. Puretree did then send replacements to me. But when you spend over £2k on some flooring and over £70 to get it delivered you expect much better.
Having to spend my own time as customer to catalogue the damage without being offered any discount or compensation is poor.
The product itself looks good and straightforward to install

I layed this cork flooring all by myself, and I'm a 26 year old woman with no previous DIY experience!
It was hard but very rewarding and I'm in love with my flooring. I did a floating cork floor because I'm renting and I wanted the most sustainable option. I originally wanted a more wooden brown look, but I ended up getting a whitewash one because it was on sale. I absolutely love it, and I'm so glad I got this one. Looks very authentic, minimal and good quality. I'm now saving up to do the same to a second room! I plan on buying the exact same again.

Great product, poor customer service
The product itself looks great, unfortunately the salesperson we spoke to was extremely unhelpful about our queries. We were trying to buy to a tight deadline due to availability of our builders and wanted advice and guidance on the products available. This was not forthcoming! Would buy product again but from somewhere else.
