Quick, easy and vfm

Great pre and post sale customer service.

Yet to give me Varsity Oxford bike a proper run, but so far so good.

They had no rear wheel in the colour requested however allowed me to change to whichever colour I wished and still delivered next day with a free bike bag bundle

You buy Quella because you want a bike that looks good in the city; one that has clean lines and the timeless style you associate with all that steel and chrome. You probably already know what a “fixie” is and would definitely describe Quella bikes as “roadsters”. You won’t get a fancy branded groupset or convenient quick release levers. It’s therefore not the most practical choice for people who can’t do very basic maintenance. You do get their signature eye-catching deep section wheels which add to the overall sturdy feel - because “only steel is real”. Only two things will survive a nuclear war; cockroaches and steel bikes. I hope they know how to ride.

I would say the brand compares favourably on cost with other brands with a similar aesthetic like Pelago and Pashley. They can do this because the quality of the fixings and finishing components isn’t quite the same. The good news is, because you are the sort of rider who can ‘tinker’, you can use the money saved to get the upgrades you want and make your Quella unique. I love mine all the more because of the time I spent acquiring just the right bits and pieces to finish ‘her’ off.

The quality of the bike itself is amazing. I cannot be more happy with it. The customer service as well was really good. Back to me as soon as they could and even though we had a couple of issues with the order they were ready to provide assistance and compensate for it. But all in all, I could not ask for a better bike.

Bought through the cycle to work scheme .Very Quick Service . Bike ordered and delivered within 2 days . I took the advice to get a bike mechanic to set the bike up which he did with no issues.
I have the Stealth Mk3 and live 5 miles from a city with country roads and a few small climbs .
I wanted a bike that would need little maintenance and this seemed ideal.
Ridden in to work today and bike feel great

Been buying of Quella for a bit now,brought my bike of there,great product & also my tyres & tubes,
I made a mistake & filled in the wrong address & Jess who is absolutely fab,sorted the issues out got them collected & redelivered,great customer service worker & sales company is lucky 2 have her.

Package arrived badly damaged. Had clearly been opened and patched up... the wheel inside was damaged.

Had to arrange a replacement.
The Quella customer service seemed helpful - but remains to be seen if it actually translates into a successful outcome.

Pleased with bike, bit annoying having to assemble and tweak the brakes etc but overall good buying experience 👍
