The service was good when I emailed and the despatch time was fast. I love the look of the bike and really enjoyed using it!

Small thing- I appreciate it was being delivered so I probably should have figured this out, but I don’t recall it saying assembly was required and there weren’t any obvious instructions. Maybe assumed I was a regular bike user?

Ordered handlebars and they arrived damaged. They had a big scratch where’s the hand grips are to be fitted. Luckily the grips covered the damaged as I needed the handlebars ASAP and really didn’t want to wait for a return. Overall really poor quality control and will not order again from company

Helpful conversation with staff, but my requirements got mixed up leading to a delay in delivery. This was probably due to dealing directly with you and London retailer, A&S cycles. I wanted to try out a hub gear model, but none available at the latter. It would be a good idea to have a form to make out detailing spec. before proceeding!

Spencer is the GOAT!

I called and spoke to a fella called Spencer Friday morning, asking if I made a purchase now, if it was possible to be with me Saturday... 3 minutes later he called me back and said absolutely. Order made, bike arrived and in less than 24 hours and I had it built!

Assembly was very easy, if you've ever fixed a puncture then you can assemble a Quella bike. Solid bike, light weight and looks sleek! Very happy with the purchase

Amazing quality product. A big bonus that wheels came with intestines, tyres and flip flop freewheel. Delivery very quick too. Would definitely buy from them again with no hesitation.

So far so good, bought a bike from Quella last week, my son loves the bike, the guy that put it together for us said they are really well made bikes.

Customer service was excellent, so nice to be able to speak to someone direct where the bikes are actually made and someone that genuinely seems to care and is interested.
