I purchased a pair of PGYTECH heated Photographers gloves in early December 2024 and thoroughly benefited from their unique qualities. Early January 2025, the right glove stopped working properly and I reported back to Richard, who contacted the manufacturer and arranged a replacement, that arrived today. This is outstanding customer service, in fact the entire purchasing, delivery, communication process has been great. Thank you to Richard and Quzo UK.

Very competitively priced item that was delivered quicker than indicated.

Well it was the final run up to Christmas when I ordered the gaming neck headphones last minute order from my grandson. The site said 12 days delivery that was going to be close if it made it at all but my fault for leaving it so late. Then the surprise knock on the door next day and they were delivered total shock. The present was gratefully excepted by my grandson even he said he didn't think it would arrive in time. Thank you Richard will most definitely be using your company again.

I decided to upgrade my monitor recently and found a good deal on Quzo, who I had never heard of, but felt reassured to buy from after reading some of the reviews. Monitor arrived on time, excellent communication from company, Richard was very helpful and prompt to answer queries - nice to deal with a family firm and get the personal touch. Thoroughly recommended and I'll definitely buy from them again.

Excellent experience so far. Bought Samsung tablet, very good price, paid £3.50 for express delivery in 2 to 3 days - it arrived in one day! Item seems perfect so far, as specified. Quzo seems to deserve it's excellent review rating.

Like many others, I'd not heard of Quzo before but I checked the reviews on Trustpilot and was assured that the many positive comments were genuine. I made my order and realised my PayPal delivery address details were outdated. I contacted Quzo on Sunday and had an email early on Monday. Richard cancelled the order so I could order again. I had to get him to cancel once more because I made the same mistake again. Anyway, to cut a long and boring story short, Richard was very prompt with his replies and very helpful. Suffice it to say, he went above and beyond. Couldn't ask for any better.
