Phoned RAC yesterday and was told I couldn’t put another car on our insurance, this morning I was told I could, then we went through the whole quote, then I was cut off, nobody got back to me, I tried again, left on hold for what seems like an eternity, then I was cut off again, been with this company for years, can’t believe the way I’ve been treated, absolutely furious 😡

Poor service
Unbelievable how they treat loyal customers. Been with them a few years. Never needed them for claims or problems. My renewal just came through. Then they tried to change it.

No issues.
Everything seemed to go smoothly. Price was reasonable - up on last year though. App seems to work fine. You only know how good insurance is when you claim. Hopefully that will not happen.

Do not use this scam company -blamed
the increase on them using LV as a 3rd party to deliver the services!

TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE! I have only just taken out my car insurance with RAC. I wanted to change my named drivers because they wanted (and did) to increase my premium for a no blame no claim accident that he made a claim for a lorry driver who drove into his parked car. I could not get any sense from Live chat.
Could not speak to anyone. They had the cheek to ask if I will automatically renew next year. I CERTAINLY WILL NOT. and will not recommend them.
