I was given great service by customer service team and although renewal schedule sent had quotation with high premium,i was given new quotaion with lower premium.

Garbage service (non service)
Due to the way the service is provided, I was not able to speak to a real person. The form which was sent to me as a result of my call (yes that's right, I called the phone number and a recorded msg sent me a form to fill out!) did not have the options I needed to represent my situation. It was useless and I was refused service because I was unable to explain my situation. Very poor.
