I decided to change my car insurer…

I have been unable to contact you by telephone - “no one available at this time….” 5 times so far.
I am still within my 40 days cooling off period and want to make a change to my insurance that SHOULD reduce my premium but for doing it on line you want to charge me an EXTRA £77. Ridiculous!

Sharp practice.
You tried to take a renewal premium from an expired debit card. Then you charged me £20 because the payment failed. Well duh! Other service providers warn me in advance if a card has expired. What you are doing amounts to sharp practice. I will not renew my motor insurance with you next year.
