Garbage service (non service)
Due to the way the service is provided, I was not able to speak to a real person. The form which was sent to me as a result of my call (yes that's right, I called the phone number and a recorded msg sent me a form to fill out!) did not have the options I needed to represent my situation. It was useless and I was refused service because I was unable to explain my situation. Very poor.

The importance of speaking to a person not a robot
When I first tried to renew on line I found that I had finished up in a situation where I could not make any contact on any topic with a living person. I managed to speak to someone eventually who made it such that I could ring up about whatever I needed advice on. They were very understanding.
