Outstanding support, providing fast and helpful responses!

I maintain a number of VPS' through a number of providers, and periodically (less often than I should) run these through RBL checks. Usually, not that big of a deal, but with Racknerd, it's a pain

I ran across 2 specific blocks this evening on one IP. Not from that IP itself, but a range of IP's.

Having dealt with this (with other providers) before, I know how to get it addressed. Simply contact the team and have them remove the IP from the list.

Unfortunately, with Racknerd..... Well, they refuse to even clean up their network. Their responses indicate that they aren't going to do anything about it

We cannot maintain the RBL list of all our networks and ASN as a hosting provider. The network are utilized by the end customers with ton of VPS hosted in the main node, We cannot manage each of them, That's the reason we sell unmanaged VPS servers. We have already provided a solution by migrating your VPS server to a different host node. That's the only solution we can offer"

By their own admittance, this company refuses to gain control of their network.

They refuse to properly secure things so that customers don't have to deal with rejected mail.

Their "solution"? Move somewhere else.

This is not a "professional" company at all

Nice cut and paste reply that ignores the point entirely. Your company allows for and accepts abuse and spam. You do NOT 'do everything you can' to block it. You simply welcome it.

I have had services with RackNerd for four years and now have 7 different servers and hosting accounts with them. Their customer service is outstanding, with very fast responses when you raise a ticket. I have only had downtime on shared hosting, and it's maximum a few minutes at a time. As someone who used to run a cPanel hosting service around 10 years ago, that downtime is very difficult to avoid.

As my services come up for renewal with other hosts, I am finding myself migrating them to RackNerd more and more. I do wonder if this might be a case of all my eggs in one basket - I've been burnt by other providers in the past - but I have confidence in RackNerd and always recommend them to friends and colleagues. They have some outstanding offers, especially given their level of support.

I would like to stress that I have received no incentive to write this and just genuinely feel that they deserve recognition for providing an outstanding service.

In years of being a customer, I have only ever had one slight issue and it was resolved within less than an hour. If you are willing and able to manage your own VPS, I would highly recommend them.

I have been using their services for almost a year now, and I am thoroughly impressed with their VPS on France. The servers are reliable and perform exceptionally well, making my experience smooth and hassle-free. I haven't encountered a downtime. I mainly use their VPS for email and webhosting.

What truly stands out is their support team. They respond incredibly fast and are always ready to assist with any issues or questions I have.

Pricing is affordable and wait for their Black Friday because they have annual sale which cost $1 a month.

I hope they can upgrade to a more updated control panel, that would be great!

So far, I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of top-notch servers and excellent customer support!

Great support, very friendly, fast response, generous and stable resources, probably the best value for money on the market. I had some problems with the reseller account but they were solved quickly!

I can't speak on their other offerings, but having used many other VPS providers, RackNerd's VPS services are my personal favorite. They might not have every feature that some bigger providers do, but the core product is rock solid, is reasonably priced, and has been more reliable than my VPS hosted at a larger provider. The couple of times I've interacted with RackNerd's team have been excellent and they are very friendly and helpful, and always make you feel like more than just a number - even tiny customers like me who don't use that many of their offerings.

What is this company not dong well? I cannot think of a single thing. Affordable, Excellent equipment, brilliant service. Super fast response time. 5 Stars is what they deserve, nothing less.
