I asked Taisin to invest £15000 in…
I asked Eaisin to invest £15000 in fjxed bond. Then I found a bettrr deal elsewhere. Under 14 day cool off I asked them to refund my money. So far they have not refunded my money. They have locked my phone do I can not talk to them. Not responded to my ten plus e mails asking them to cancel my investment.respoded in distant way ...normal thank you forbyour e mail etc. Instruction given to terminate my investment did not work. Not happy at all with Raisin...keep away from them.

I use them. But also use others. One reason I don't use them more is because you cannot, on demand, create and print off your portfolio. It's such a simple function to offer I have asked and don't understand why they cannot offer it.

No interest statement.
Over a month has past since the end of the last tax year and still no interest statement for tax from Raisin. I called them and they said they are looking at dealing with it soon but gave no indication as to when it would be done. Every other bank and financial institution I have ever dealt with manages to produce this within a week of the end of the tax year.
Can you please get on with it! I need to submit my tax return.

Transfer of funds to new account
An account had matured & I needed to reinvest the money.
The new interest rates were better than the old account & better than those I could find elsewhere, so it was a no brainer to keep the funds with Raisin in a new fixed rate.
Not the first time this has happened & so easy to do!
