I had an amazing experience with Aaron from RCUK! The service is top-notch, and now I'm just wondering why I didn't use them before. They made the whole process so easy, from selecting the perfect plan to choosing the right phone and dealing with everything down to the delivery so smoothly that I keep asking if theres anything I need to actually do, but no, Aaron and the team at RCUK handled everything. Greatly appreciated and highly recommended! 👍

I had an issue, I thought it was a connectivity matter, but, it turned out to be an Apple id matter.

Spoke to a wonderful young lady - Ashley, who remained calm throughout my rant, calmed me down and put me at ease, contacted the user, talked him through everything, came back to me to get my mobile number so I could communicate with him via WhatsApp, and left us both feeling wonderful.

Ashley is superb. Calm, cool and collected, very friendly, most professional, pro-active, went out of her way to help and diffused 2 ready to explode time-bombs.

I have just come away from this shop so very grateful. I have had hacking problems for a while and been very stressed. Kieran worked on my phone( as well as dealing with many other inquiries) for about an hour and hopefully solved the problems. He went over and above and I can’t praise him enough!!!
