We've been dealing with RCUK for a few years. We run international school trips and rely on RCUK to provide us with phone plans to use abroad. Rates are most competitive and Barry Stanton has always provided us with a stellar service.

Rcuk offer a fantastic service, whilst still being extremely competitive.
unlike other providers where you have to wait 45 minutes on hold, to speak to someone, rcuk i send one email and its sorted.

As someone who doesn’t typically have patience to write reviews, I’ve decided to make an exception after my recent visit to RCUK.
My main reason for continuing to use RCUK (competitive pricing not withstanding), is for the excellent customer service offered by an employee known as ‘H’ at the Stamford hill branch.
Since joining RCUK approx 7 years, my go to rep has been ‘H’. Besides for his comprehensive knowledge in the field, he’s also known to take great care to provide a very bespoke service.
This is based on my own experience, along with consistent positive experiences by several mates, who subsequently recommended ‘H’ to me.
Case in point, I wanted a second iPhone for personal use so I can keep my primary iPhone for day to day business use.
As I only recently upgraded my primary iPhone, I wasn’t looking to fork out a huge amount on a new phone, but needed a second one desperately.
‘H’ directed me to the just as good cheaper SE model which is drastically cheaper and ticks all the boxes for me.
Moreover, he went out his way to set up the phone for me so I can use it straight away. This included assistance with setting up a separate Apple ID, explaining the pros and cons of the the various network providers, reducing some of the costs on my current plan to help mitigate the additional costs of new phone, to installing safety screen at my request.
Lastly, he also took the time to help me streamline my primary iPhone from apps to email.
In short, H’ main quality, is his ability to explain things in layman terms without coming across as patronizing,(often seen with reps in the mobile phone industry), his willingness to make sure customer walks out with job complete and/or questions/queries answered.
Thank you ‘H’ for a wonderful service over the years even staying past closing time on recent visit so that I can have my new phone ready to use.
I am looking forward to continue using RCUK as my primary mobile phone/network provider.

very good service at the store , but you need to improve on your phone service , as i tried today the third time to speak to a member within the last week & each time i got told that someone will call me back, & im still waiting !

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my phone from RCUK and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. Not only did I purchase my phone from them, but my sim contract also. I dealt with Suchi and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was always available and just a phone call away whenever I needed any help with my phone or contract. His friendly and personable manner really made me feel like a valued customer.

The level of customer service provided by RCUK was exceptional and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they made the buying process easy and stress-free. Suchi was always willing to answer any questions I had and his knowledge of their products and services was outstanding.

I would love to share my experience when my phone broke and Meir and Sholi did a wonderful and professional job and explained so well what the issue was and how they solved it THANKS !!!

I contacted Aaron early this morning as I had an issue with my data. He responded within a few minutes even though it was before opening hours and he got it resolved straight away. Amazing service every time!!! Thanks so much!!!! :-)
