Do not use. Steal from you

Do not use. Spent £900 over a year ago and still no bag. Then asked for a European address to send to as do not send to England anymore. Did this to my friends postal address in Spain but rejected. They will not refund the money. STEALING!!!!

Very negative experience

Terrible communication and customer service. Item never arrived. Got one email reply saying that another would be dispatched. That never happened and all emails since to this company have been ignored. Cheap goods but risk of non delivery and no assistance if this is the case. Stay clear.

Ordered over 6 weeks ago, items haven’t arrived and I have asked for a refund and I have not received a refund either - my last emails haven’t even been replied to even though I said I would now like to complain - total scam of a business - furious as outfits were for my daughter for an event she was going to so now it is too late to reorder from another website

Fraudulent shop

Fraudulent shop: goods never delivered and monies paid never returned. They keep on alleging that the monies were returned but that has never happened . They hide behind a dubious service provider when we clearly never received the money back.

Don't expect to get paid for you sold item

WARNING! I have sold an item on Rebelle and to get my payout verified I need to update my address as I have moved house. I have done so on the account pages however the Stripe verification process is still pointing to the old address. I have called customer service multiple times for assistance and they keep referring me to write an email about the matter however despite numerous emails no one has gotten back to me (yes I have confirmed that it is the correct email).

The worst sales platform I've ever…

The worst sales platform I've ever seen! There is no such thing! Since they have the highest commissions on the market, they take almost half of you sometimes, they pay very hard. I sent 3-4 e-mails to ask why I am not paying for an item sold on January 30, 2024 that arrived in a few days and was checked? Evasive, lying answers. Now finally, after many requests, they send me an announcement that they will make the payment only next week. They are the worst possible, careless and mocking.Otherwise, very rigorous when it comes to their money, their conditions, their offers for which they charge the sellers without informing them, they are very fast and rigorous about all this. When it's time to release the payments, they start lying, that one thing doesn't work, that another doesn't work. Nonsense.

I purchased a coat and still nothing !!!

I purchased a coat on the 02/02 , still hasn’t even been delivered to their office yet as they are waiting on the seller who is ‘vite en vogue’ . So much money and no hope that it will even come. Very appalling and devastated. Please ensure my coat will be delivered to me!!!

Everyone there should be ashamed of themselves

I am furious with everyone who works at rebelle. I sold an item, dispatched it the following day then after a week I realised that still it wasn't been checked so I contacted them. They confirmed the receival but due a large of items received couldn't process it in time so they asked me to wait. After almost two weeks they list it back online so I contacted them again and they said the buyer ( due the long wait) cancelled the sale . Very frustrated I asked for the item to be sent back and after a week they got back to me saying they looked for the item in the warehouse but couldn't find it. They also said they marked it as received but never physically checked it. So they opened a claim with ups as not received despite the courier website shows delivered and also signed for. A huge mess that left me wait almost two months with no money and no item. I'm glad the business is closing down for good. They deserve to be out of jobs

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. They have received my item 20 days ago and they never inspected it. Now they are closing their business on 19th of January. My item is in their warehouse for 20 days and literally did nothing. I called the police yesterday and I was informed that I can report them and file a lawsuit. Luckily, I am coming from a family of lawyers and I will do so by all means. Shameless behavior.

DO NOT BUY OR SELL!

They do not process any order or sell, they closing company and lie. I sold an item in december. Item shipped and delivered by UPS at 29 december. They claim parcel was not delivered (what is lie i have proof from UPS) and continue lie that have many orders and capacity to check what is not true! Stay away because you will loose your items, money and time!

My favorite

For over 4 years I am a more than happy customer of Rebelle! I cannot relate to any of the negative reactions at all! The customer service is always quick and polite, their secured quality check is thourough, payment, refund and regulations are clear. My favorite website of all times!!!!

I made an ordered and something went…

I made an ordered and something went wrong with the delivery, so the items are still did not delivered. After several times contact I hear very strange stories and every time different story:

- it was delivered today
- oh nog it is on the way back to us
- again it must be delivered today
- it was delivered, try the neighbours
- Oh still not delivered?
- the packege was lost, but we found it, it is on the way back to us and we will ship it again to you
- after this: NOTHING!
- no reply, nothing

So my money is gone and I also do not have my products. And no reply any more.

Mess

Sold something, sent it to the store, was delivered at the store, didn’t receive any update or payment for 10 days, then received an email telling me they canceled the order because it was ‘taking too long’.

I did take a long time to send it as I was not home at the time my item was sold, but I still received reminders telling me to ship the item when it was already delivered at their store, which shows that they really don’t have their things in order and their system is not working.

Considering how much money they keep from sales (almost half in this case) I would expect excellent service, multiple updates and fast payment.

Would not recommend this store, I have much much better experiences with Vinted.

As a Seller avoid at all costs.

As a Seller avoid at all costs.
Firstly they charge the highest commission fees out there.
Secondly you can find yourself in situation where a customer asks for a discount of and item you agree a price but without your knowledge there is also an added discount on the item your selling that you do not get alerted. So for example I was selling an item for 680 e, I ended up accepting a price of 590e with the buyer. Once the sale went through I received a message from Rebelle that sale was actually for 450e. Had I known there was already a price reduction I would never agree to a further discount.
Contact their customers services is very difficult and once you do the tone from their side is very tone deaf and on the aggressive side. They will mention it is written in the fine print of their terms and conditions.
Also payment for you items from the moment they receive your item can take between 2 to 4 weeks which is unlike any other platform.
Another issue I had 1 of my listed items was sold on the same day on Rebelle but couple hours also on another platform. Once I contacted to inform them and cancel the sale they again became aggressive. And still charged me 298 e fee for cancelling the sale as they should recoup their commission.
They do not care of the situation they will always reply this was agreed upon when you signed the terms and conditions.
For anyone wanting to sell on this platform I would avoid it because the minute you have an issue it will be a guaranteed terrible
experience.
Be sure to read everything fine print in the terms and conditions be assured that they will use everything to their advantage and make your experience terrible the moment you do not go along with them with no regard for a situation or circumstances.
Ok place to buy items but terrible terrible place to sell

​Our commission is staggered. The amount of our commission always depends on the selling price. The higher the sales price, the lower the commission.

The reduction in your turnover is the result of our recent promotion with a discount code.
According to our terms and conditions (section for sellers 2.9) accepted by you with the issuance of the contract itself, it is noted that some promotions may be fairly supported by both REBELLE and the seller, so that a small portion of your payout is deducted. These promotions generate a lot of interest and therefore potential sales. We assume that this is in the sellers interest as well as ours.

When you set up your selling contract, you agreed to our terms and conditions for sellers. They clearly state, that you - as the seller - are obligated to send us the item within the agreed time in case of a sale.

The person buying the item, mind you, has already paid for it and expects something in return - in this case, the shipment of a product. If you as the seller don't ship the item to us, our company name inevitably has to stand for that and may be stained by it or leave a bad impression.

We justifiably try to prevent this by any chance. For this exact reason we posed the following clause:

10.3
REBELLE is still entitled to the full commission if the sales contract is not executed in its entirety or merely partially for reasons the seller is responsible for. Reasons attributable to the seller’s range of responsibility are, in particular, a worsening of the condition of the sales item prior to receipt by REBELLE, a deviation of the actual properties of the sales item from the description provided by the seller regarding the sales item or if applicable, the product photographs as well as the improper or incomplete receipt of the sales item by REBELLE.

Since you are not able or willing to ship the sold item to us the aforementioned part of the terms and conditions become effective and we have to charge you the commission.

It was a pro seller, and it should be made very clear on the conditions that the return is only acceptable if you are not in another country to the company!

Be very wary using this company.
I bought a Marc cain bag through Rebelle. The advert clearly said that returns accepted. I didn’t like the bag when I received it so I contacted them for returns information. I was told it was not possible. I pointed out that the advert said it was. They reluctantly agreed but said returning it was my responsibility. I got the return address and dispatched it at my cost. I tracked it for several weeks and after about 6 weeks it turned up back at my house. I have tried to contact them as to why they would not accept delivery but no reply. Needless to say I will never use the site again

I bought a pair of Chanel boots and…

I bought a pair of Chanel boots and when they arrived the condition was awful. The pictures online showed they were worn but according to the website the condition was “very good”. They were in awful condition and would need to be re-soled and re-heeled before you could even consider wearing them. When I complained they took 4 days to reply and said there were pictures online to view the boots so would not refund me. The boots were way worse than the pictures showed. Misrepresentation and very poor customer service. I will never use them again !!!
