If I can give them zero stars I would! They have extremely poor customer service. They mishandled my problem and refuse to resolve it because they got their money and that’s all they care about. One of their customer reps keeps sending me emails with no explanation and untruthful updates, and I am seriously considering reporting them to the Germany trading authorities because they are dishonest and useless. I’m also going to relentlessly post all over social media because people need to know Rebelle are dishonest. I don’t care anymore. Tit for tat, from now on!

Mixed experience... customer care questionable
They have some great items at good prices and I've bought from them occasionally over the years. However I recently bought a pair of shoes that were marked up as UK 5.5 very clearly on their website. It turned out this was incorrect. They were actually US 8.5. Which is UK 7.5. I wrote to them with photographic proof that the shoes were mis-labelled. They wrote back with a word salad saying the shoe size was correctly shown on their website, even though I had provided photographic proof that it was not. They were 40 Euros, which you'd think to a large company is not much. They didn't take responsibility for their mis-labelling. Which was disappointing because until then I'd had positive experiences with Rebelle. The disingenuity and poor customer care put me off.

Old and tattered Marc Jacob bag
I bought what looked like a glossy shiny bag obviously all based on the pictures. The bag arrived looking the complete opposite, the sides were peeling and just looked like something that should be binned. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful and simple refuse to refund me or exchange. I’ve bought quite a few items from them. But I’ll safely say never again

Rebelle do not respect the mutual - binding contract
I have had a few bad experiences with Rebelle, but I wasn’t that interested in posing a bad review because errors can occurred sometimes.
However, continuing to hold customers' payments is completely not acceptable, and it is close to illegal conduct. Therefore, I posed this review. Here are the bullet points of the issues I have had with Rebelle:
1. I sold a Gucci bag last December 2022 (item number 8824097). After waiting for two-week, they informed me that Rebelle experienced some issues in their system and promised me that the payment should be made ASAP.
2. This is not the first time I experienced this problem. Quite often they sent drafted the same phrases of excuses and promised that the future payment will be more smooth.
3. Therefore, I have difficulties understanding why a company has the same errors when it comes to settling on what they owe to their customers.
4. I asked for clarity on what the ASAP means to be exact, and they said Monday, 9th of January.
5. Today I asked for the proof of bank transfer – they said it will take another week for the funds to be in my account. Fine, but I need proof of payment – and they failed to provide that.
6. The only response they give me is the same as the copy-paste emails from last year, that they are going to ensure that in the future they will process the payment smoothly.
7. Above all, I learned that something is not right with this company and decided to take down all my items.
8. I was naïve enough to believe that they work on improving their service, but I was wrong.
Furthermore, the issues with them accumulated since 2019:
1. I started using their services in 2015, and at that time, they were great. I sold more than 200 items per year.
2. There exists some kind of disappointment such as Rebelle allowing buyers to cancel the order after the shipment – but Rebelle will charge the commission fee to the sellers if sellers want to cancel the transactions.
3. Rebelle often used the explanation that those terms were in accordance with the sale contract.
4. In general, Rebelle is not paying attention to the fact that their sellers are part of customers too.
5. Furthermore, since 2019, while the other platforms reduced their commission fee - in contrary Rebelle increased their commission standard. What is more, the cost for the discount coupon (released by Rebelle) is going to be part of the seller's cost. For instance, if we put an item for sale at the asking price of 1000€ we potentially only receive approx. 400€ (1000€ - 400€ (Rebelle commission - 200€ (promotion code).
6. In the case of complaints, Rebelle is then going to explain that those promotions are part of the seller’s interest too. If sellers want to cancel the transaction Rebelle then refers to the clause that sellers need to settle Rebelle commissions.
7. It seems they do not understand that their sellers are also their customers.
All in all, Rebelle: please perform your obligation and release the payment TODAY as per your promises. Then we all can move forward.

Scam ..avoid at all cost..Rude customer service ever..they aren’t willing to hear anything.
I ordered shoes £480 uk 7 and this shoe is like half of my feet..my foot doesn’t even go in..it’s completely not my fault if they have advertised wrong information about this shoe..
They aren’t ready to take it back or refund as I’m in uk.

On 03.12.2022, I bought a pair of Fendi shorts from a seller called lampoo, but unfortunately rebelle sent me an email today that we cannot send this order to you because the seller no longer has these shorts!!!! What do you mean by the fact that the seller or lampoo does not have this article!! But this seller had sold me this article 12 days ago, how can someone buy an order and after 12 days they send an email that the seller or Lampoo no longer has this article and we can't accept this order that you bought? send to you. I am dissatisfied with this rebelle answer and the behavior of this lampoo seller towards a customer.

I ordered a sunglasses. After 3 weeks they told me they didn’t receive the glasses and I asked to fefund me.
They refunded saying that the product wasn’t legit…
They never offered a solution…

Scam scam website
Scam scam website. I sold my item in Rebelle website and want to cancel, because they applied discount for the buyer, which I supposed to covered. nobody informed me, If I agree to sell my item for lower price. I want to cancel my sale of course, but Rebelle team doesnt want to hear about it, and instead they send me 500euro invoice for not shipping the item. It against European costumer protection rules!!!Its a rip off !!!

DO NOT ORDER FOR OUTSIDE EUROPE
I ordered 170€ Leather backpack but I can't get it because custom policy outside the Europe(Turkey). Also Rebelle didn't accept rescind of order process and did not accept refund. So I can't get the order also I paid 170 for backpack also 50€ for UPS. In their cancellation policy they said that in 14 day I can cancel the sales but it is not true. DO NOT ORDER OUTSIDE THE EUROPE ALSO IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCES REBELLE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUND.

Very bad smelling ankle boots
I bought ankle boots. They were not like the picture, quality was no good and they really smell very bad. I want to return these but how I can do it? There is no clear instructions. If I can not return boots, I will never buy anything from Rebelle and I will warn others for that too.

Never received payment, they don't answer my emails
I sold an item few weeks ago, never received my payment (app 300 EUR). At first, they were answering my e-mails, once they said it was some kind of error, then that everything is ok, then error again, and now they don't even answer. So, I will have to engage a solicitor.

So I received the dress 15 minutes ago. Lucky for me that the package arrived so late and I got to return home and collect it. BUT what I found in the package is beyond any imagination, considering all the hustle: a dress full of stains (makeup on the collar, something red on the chest, looks like blood, and some look like dried food, sauce or something.
Also, the dress HAS BEEN CUT (shortened) and you can tell by the threads that are inequal and the print which is inequal too. Lucky for me that I found the same model, same size, and you can compare the printing and the FINISHING of the margins on the lower part. Everything is a mess. No stains were mentioned and no modifications. It only sais "signs of wear", I know rebelle mentions if an item is stained or modified, unsewed etc.
See in the 2 and 3rd photo how the material is inequal cut and how the seweing was cut off. In the first photo you can see the material is pulled.
Compare with the same dress, same size and same printing here (hidden link). It has flawless margins at the bottom.
So, 380€ for a stained dress, shortened, which looks like a child cut it? Is this a joke or what?
I also sent this via email to rebelle. At least now I have proof of non compliance.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!
If I was able to give zero stars I would have. I am still waiting 4 weeks after placing my order to receive. Now I have received a letter from Parcelforce telling me I need to pay £111 for Custom & Excise Taxes to receive my parcel. I have contacted Rebelle to be advised this is out of their control, which I do understand, however, THESE EXTRA DELIVERY CHARGES INCURRED WHERE NEVER MADE CLEAR. I had no idea this company was even based in Germany so was not aware of further shipping fees on top of the one I had already paid. I will NEVER use this company again, or recommend, STEER CLEAR!!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. They take your money and when the item doesn't arrive they say it is up to you to take it up with DHL, their courier. I am now 10 weeks in and no sign of the jacket I ordered nor my refund. I have now reported this to Mastercard

Object is not controlled / quality is very poor
Condition of bag supposed to be GOOD, bad arrived dirty and in poor condition. The bag looked like it had been exposed for a long time at the sun different part where light. I am wondering what Rebelle is checking???

I ordered a bag which looked like it had charms on it. I received it to discover it was printed on. It took 4 weeks to get the bag. Very misleading photos on website. Not as expected.

I sold the bag listed for 45 eu revenue for me 23!!! Look almost half of the price they take. I got the message that my revenue is 15 eu with No reason why suddenly it shrunk to 15. I can see there is loads upset sellers. Lets report that to european consumer centre! This is robbery. Vinted got huge Fine and that site is super great comparing to Rebelle treating their sellers.
