Attention, Rebelle is running discount campaigns at your expense

Attention, Rebelle is running discount campaigns at your expense. You will find out this only when you see that you will receive much less money on the item sold and when you ask why, they will say that it is written in terms and conditions. I recently sold a dress and in the information e-mail I was told that I would receive 317 euros. However, having similar experiences with them, I asked again and was told that I would receive only 272 euros. So they will trick you into sending the product and then you will receive much less money. What kind of miserable business is this, for others to decide when and how much discount you make and take it out of my pocket? Have you asked me before if I want to sponsor advertising for Rebelle? Of course not! I work with other platforms and none of them do such business!

Dissapointed as seller and buyer

Very, very poor service. Rebelle does not take under consideration client needs (both sellers and buyers), they only look after very high earnings. They also have extremely high sales margins.
My few purchases never reached me and I lost a lot because of the money bank exchange.
For not shipping the item they want to charge the seller, the buyer gets simply informed that the item was not available.
Sometimes they ignore client mails, they definitely ignore client opinions and claims.
I'm very disappointed and do not recommend it.

I just ordered from Rebelle and now I want to sent the items back because of the fact that they are way to small. I want to order something different yhis time. However I dont have a return ticket and have sent many messages. To no avail. I am really disappointed.

Sold an item on rebelle over a month…

Sold an item on rebelle over a month ago..still have not received payment. They continue to say they have a banking problem…like I’m a fool that believes that!!! Took 45% of price of item I sold…still haven’t been paid so atm it’s 100%. This is called THEFT.

Only buy items that are ready to be shipped

The customer service team at Rebelle are very good, they get back to you in a timely manner and are quite friendly.
However, I would only recommend buying items that are “ready to be shipped”.
I had a great experience ordering a wallet, it was a very fast process.
However, I just ordered a pair of shoes recently and it’s been a long process because it was not “ready to be shipped” and Rebelle has no control over their sellers and it took almost two weeks just for the seller to ship to Rebelle. A bit disappointing in regards to the seller, I wish there was a way to review them individually like on Uber. So that would be my recommendation!

Nice experience, but a long waiting time

I ordered 3 items on March 30th. Two of them were labelled as "ready to send within 1-2 days". In reality it took them a whole week to ship my order. The third item was still with the seller and I received it only today (April 19th), so it's quite a lot of waiting. During the authentication process of the third item I was informed that the actual condition of the shoes doesn't match the description and I was asked if I still want them. I agreed to receive them anyway. I'm happy with all of the purchased items, but if I'm being honest - the packaging wasn't that nice. Especially the last pair of shoes that came quite dirty and with pieces of newspapers stuck inside... Definitely not something I'd expect to experience while purchasing luxury brands, even secondhand. Otherwise - great discounts, good communication from the customer service and quick delivery once the orders were shipped.

Very high commissions- over half of the…

Very high commissions- over half of the price.
PLUS - they make a promotion- 20%, but all is taken from the seller. So, I sold something for 50, but the buyer paid 40 (because of their "promotion") and I will get 20...
Terrible site, avoid!

Do not sell here, you’ll regret that.

Shame on Germany for still allowing for such a scam company to exist.

If you want to sell your things, stay far far away from this platform, for they will not only charge you a huge commission out of the sale, but also give you a big fine if you refuse too ship your item because of their pathetic price offered, stating you had agreed to their T&C section 10.3.

They would never even give you a chance to decide whether to accept the offer or not. They would just throw that price on your face and for you to take it or pay a fine. Why on Earth would I ever sell my never-used 1500€ bag for less than 400€ in profit, and pay a fine of more than 200€ if I dare refuse? What kind of blackmail is this? How can this utterly morally corrupt practice still be tolerated in a country that’s trying so hard to distance itself from its dark past such as Germany?

Well, I guess it’s my and countless other normal people’s fault for not spending a whole day reading the whole T&C with some obscure rules scattered all over. But who the hell apart from the lawyers would?

These are scammy, shady, pathetic, and despicable people running a sacmmy, shady, pathetic, and despicable façade of a business. Stay away from them like you stay away from a leper. Read the reviews before doing business with any company. You’ve been warned.

P.S: To Rebelle-Team (or bots), don’t even bother replying to this review of mine with your pathetic excuses like you did with others. You’re just making yourself look more ridiculous than you already are, if that’s even possible to do so.

The person buying the item, mind you, has already paid for it and expects something in return - in this case, the shipment of a product. If you as the seller don't ship the item to us, our company name has to inevitably stand for that and may be stained by it or leave a bad impression.

We justifiably try to prevent this by any chance. For this exact reason we posed the following clause:

10.3
REBELLE is still entitled to the full commission if the sales contract is not executed in its entirety or merely partially for reasons the seller is responsible for. Reasons attributable to the seller’s range of responsibility are, in particular, a worsening of the condition of the sales item prior to receipt by REBELLE, a deviation of the actual properties of the sales item from the description provided by the seller regarding the sales item or if applicable, the product photographs as well as the improper or incomplete receipt of the sales item by REBELLE.

Since you are not able or willing to ship the sold item to us the aforementioned part of the terms and conditions become effective and we have to charge you the commission.

No Delivery, No Service - Stay away from buying

Ready to ship means on their terms waiting since my purchase at Feb 17th and the item has not even been shipped yet. No replies, no service to help - calling again and again no sign of any help from Rebelle Team. Last option open a Paypal case. Stay away from buying there!!!

If I could give no stars I would!
I purchased a versace Longsleeve t shirt from Rebelle. As I am aware versace does not always fit true to size. I asked the seller for measurements. I was told 45cm width and 60cm length. I was still slightly concerned about the sizing and I emailed the Rebelle offices who confirmed (lady by the name of Yvonne) the length is 60cm. When the top arrived it is 38cm width and 49cm long....how is that possible that I am provided with FALSE information from both the seller AND the Rebelle offices. Needless to say Rebelle will not take the item back and give me a refund. I received false info from both sources!!!! Why would I ever buy from a company who cannot be trusted and takes no responsibility for their mistakes. This is the first and last time I will buy from Rebelle . I purchase clothing from many different sites and have never encountered this with any other site except Rebelle. It does not help me at all that you offer to resell it. I would have expected a refund upon return of the item. I would steer clear from ever ordering from Rebelle again!!!

Horrible customer service

What a horrible customer service. I bought a bag for over 2 weeks ago for over 1000 euro. The delivery time was said to be 1-2 weeks. When I try to ask when the bag will be delivered it takes forever to get an answer and finally they claim that they do not know. It is still in their warehouse. I ordered it as a christmas gift but they completely ignore the fact that the delivery is already delayed. I tried to ask for express delivery but they could not offer this. Please be careful when ordering from REBELLE and do not expect any help from their customer service or for your item to be shipped in time.

Scam - Commissions - never sell on Rebelle

Never ever, EVER... think of selling your precious items using Rebelle. They ack like they own your possession.
I have never agreed on selling my bag at the price they offered. Then, out of the box, they congratulated me on selling the bag at lower price I never agreed on.
Once you post YOUR item, they will find a way to get their commission.
I have chosen to edit the post by myself, used my own photos, description and everything.
Please be aware of the scam. For any complaint they will state you have agreed on their terms of conditions.
I would have never imagine to experienced something like this from European company.
Very disappointed...
