Tolle Secondhand Designer-Ware

Ich habe schon einige Designer-Teile von Chanel, Louis Vuitton oder Gucci bei Rebelle gekauft. Ich finde die angebotende Authentisierung sehr gut und es schafft Vertrauen beim Kaufen.
Ich schaue immer mal wieder bei Rebelle rein und kaufe dort gerne ein.

I have already bought several designer items from Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Gucci from Rebelle. I think the authentication offered is very good and it creates trust when buying.
I visit Rebelle from time to time and enjoy shopping there.

Worst customer service

I have been a customer for over 7 years - bought and sold through them. I confirm that the quality of customer service has become extremely bad in the last 2 years. And it keeps getting worse. I received a voucher (-15% on all purchases, regardless of price) as a gift (for 7 years of customer status), which does not work! I tried to use it with different jobs, but I kept getting the error message "Invalid voucher". I wrote to them, sent a correct picture, but for more than a week I received no reply. Then I sent a repeat letter, because the validity of the voucher expires - then the answer was simply: Please send the screenshot again...Really? It is said that they did not open the screenshot... This story is not true, because I am an experienced computer user and everything was done correctly. They just seem to be stalling for time. I am extremely disappointed! They still advertise a 4.9 rating on their website which is false and misleading to customers. The actual rating has dropped to 3.9 if you look at Trustpilot data and compare how many 1 star ratings and satisfaction have accumulated over the last few years.

They dont answer my emails and now I have to pay over €500 for an item Ive never received

Rebelle canceled my order because the item wasnt like the discription and thats a really good thing! Now almost 3 weeks later and I still dont get the refund. They dont answer my emails and I cant find a phone number. I wanted to order another item but I have to think twice before I order again at Rebelle. For now I definitely wont do it.

Avoid at all costs

Stay away from this site. They'll deduct unannounced offers from your sale on top of the already insane fees they charge. They'll also hold onto your payout for more than 2 weeks from the date of sale, because they are waiting for other items to arrive so they can bundle shipment to buyer and save costs. It feels like arguing with a door when speaking to their delusional customer service about these concerning issues. So to summarize - expect to pay much more than any other platform to "sell" your items here and get much worse service than anywhere else... Shameful business.

"Bundle Shipment" means that your item has been requested for an order. The buyer of your item has chosen an eco-friendly "All-In-One shipping option" during the ordering process. This means that the buyer wants to receive all items from her order in one parcel. Since the buyer has other items in her order as well, we are currently waiting for their arrival.

Good experience

I bought a wool blazer on Rebelle last week. Delivery was quick (2 days to Berlin, probably partly because the product was marked “ready to ship”) and the product is in a really good condition as being declared. Although the blazer was lighter than expected, overall I’m happy with the experience.

If there were zero stars I would give it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. They charge horribly high and misleading commission - The have "special offers" of 10% off for buyers - but instead of taking this off their own greedy commision, THEY CHARGE THE SELLERS this 10% so you get even LESS money for your item. When I wanted to cancel a sale - they said they would still charge me the commission for the sale even if I cancelled it!) Is this even legal? This is what it says in their conditions for sellers: 10.3
REBELLE is still entitled to the full commission if the sales contract is not executed in its entirety or merely partially for reasons the seller is responsible for. Reasons attributable to the seller’s range of responsibility are, in particular, a worsening of the condition of the sales item prior to receipt by REBELLE, a deviation of the actual properties of the sales item from the description provided by the seller regarding the sales item or if applicable, the product photographs as well as the improper, incomplete or non receipt of the sales item by REBELLE.

I had no choice but to send them the item. And I have to wait and see if they "accept" my description and the condition! I will not be surprised if this site goes bankrupt soon as payment is also very very delayed. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS - don't give them your business, please. It is the only way to stop these criminals from exploiting others.

When you set up your selling contract, you agreed to our terms and conditions for sellers. They clearly state, that you - as the seller - are obligated to send us the item within the agreed time in case of a sale.

The person buying the item, mind you, has already paid for it and expects something in return - in this case, the shipment of a product. If you as the seller don't ship the item to us, our company name inevitably has to stand for that and may be stained by it or leave a bad impression.

We justifiably try to prevent this by any chance. For this exact reason we posed the following clause:

10.3
REBELLE is still entitled to the full commission if the sales contract is not executed in its entirety or merely partially for reasons the seller is responsible for. Reasons attributable to the seller’s range of responsibility are, in particular, a worsening of the condition of the sales item prior to receipt by REBELLE, a deviation of the actual properties of the sales item from the description provided by the seller regarding the sales item or if applicable, the product photographs as well as the improper or incomplete receipt of the sales item by REBELLE.

Nooit iets kopen of verkopen!

Ik raad Rebelle absoluut niet aan!

Ik heb een splinternieuwe tas van Chloé Drew op Rebelle te koop gezet.
Deze tas is splinternieuw. De beschermfolie op de hardware zit er nog op.

Alle labels van de winkel waar ik hem had gekocht + echtheid certificaten + dustbag naar Rebelle gestuurd.

Zo heb ik mijn tas ingepakt:
- Ketting in een Ikea gripzakje gedaan zodat de ketting het leer of suede absoluut niet kon beschadigen tijdens transport
- Luchtkussentje in de tas voor het behoud van zijn vorm
- Alle labels, die afgebeeld stonden bij de advertentie keurig in het vakje van de tas gestopt
- De tas zelf in zijn bijbehorende dustbag gestopt
- De tas omhuld in dustbag in noppen folie ingepakt
- In een zeer stevige doos ingepakt met aan de zijkant en bovenkant luchtkussens zodat hij niet kan verschuiven tijdens transport
- Tas binnen 2uur na verkoopt verzonden.

Vervolgens krijg ik, terwijl ik net aangekomen ben in Thailand, een email van UPS dat Rebelle mij een pakket gaat sturen.
Inmiddels kreeg ik daar achteraan een email dat mijn tas retour gestuurd gaat worden, omdat de tas vol gebreken zou zitten.
Hij zou bekraste hardware hebben.
ER ZIT BESCHERM FOLIE OP!! Hoe kan hij dan bekrast zijn?!

Mijn ouders hebben vandaag de tas bij UPS kunnen ophalen.
Ze hebben een filmpje gemaakt van hoe de doos + tas eruit zien van begin tot eind.
Het is werkelijk waar te afschuwelijk voor woorden hoe Rebelle om gaat met eigendommen van anderen.
Mijn tas is op een verschrikkelijke manier naar mij retour verzonden!
Hij is gewoon in de doos gegooit door Rebelle en dicht geplakt. Hij is niet eens verpakt!
Tevens de doos, een laf dun kartonnen doosje, waarin hij is verstuurd. Gaten in de doos!!

Tevens heb ik mijn eigendom NIET COMPLEET retour ontvangen.
Ik mis de helft van de bijgevoegde labels die op de foto van de advertentie afgebeeld staan. Iedereen die een designer tas te koop zet, weet hoe belangrijk het is om alles te bewaren ivm de authenticiteit! Ik mis dus de helft van de labels!

En wat nog het meest bijzondere is...
Rebelle heeft zijn eigen label mee verzonden waarop hun mening van controle staat. Er staat op hun eigen label, met daarop de gegevens van mijn tas; "Als Nieuw"
Ik heb echt nog nooit zo iets slechts meegemaakt!

Mensen, pas op met Rebelle, het zijn oplichters die slecht om gaan met spullen van anderen. Daarnaast vragen ze nog een enorme commissie, waar ik uiteraard mee akkoord ben gegaan, maar daar mag je dus wel meer van verwachten!

I absolutely do not recommend Rebelle!
I've listed a brand new Chloé Drew bag for sale on Rebelle. This bag is brand new. The protective film on the hardware is still on it.

All labels from the store where I bought it + certificates of authenticity + dust bag sent to Rebelle.

This is how I packed my bag:
- Chain placed in an Ikea zipper bag so that the chain absolutely could not damage the leather or suede during transport
- Air cushion in the bag to keep its shape
- All labels, which were depicted with the advertisement, neatly put in the pocket of the bag
- Put the bag itself in its matching dust bag
- The bag is encased in a dust bag and wrapped in bubble wrap
- Packed in a very sturdy box with air cushions on the side and top so that it cannot move during transport
- Bag shipped within 2 hours after sale.

Then, while I have just arrived in Thailand, I receive an email from UPS that Rebelle will send me a package. In the meantime I received an email that my bag will be returned, because the bag would be full of defects. He would have scratched hardware. THERE IS PROTECTION FOIL ON IT!! How can he be scratched?!

My parents were able to collect the bag from UPS today. They made a video of what the box + bag looks like from start to finish. It really is too horrible for words how Rebelle treats other people's property. My bag was sent back to me in a horrible way! He was just thrown in the box by Rebelle and taped shut. It's not even packaged!
Also the box, a cowardly thin cardboard box in which it was sent. Holes in the box!!

I have also received my property NOT COMPLETEl returned. I am missing half of the attached labels shown in the photo of the ad. Anyone who puts a designer bag up for sale knows how important it is to keep everything for authenticity! So I'm missing half the labels!

And what is most special... Rebelle shipped their own label stating their opinion of control. It says on their own label, with my bag details on it; "Like New" I really have never experienced anything so bad!

People, be careful with Rebelle, they are scammers who treat other people's stuff badly. In addition, they ask for a huge commission, which I of course agreed to, but you can expect more from that!

So far I have still not had any response from you to the fact that you have NOT returned my items to me completely!

Stay away from Rebelle - they loose your items

Dear all, please stay away from selling your stuff Rebelle. I have had two horrible experiences with them over the years. Rebelle have lost several of my items and they claim that the have never received the items although we have a contract with the items listed and numbered. A couple of years ago they lost my Tom Ford bag, which was eventually returned. Currently they have lost several items from Pucci, Bally, By Malene Birger, Chloe etc. They will not acknowledge the contract, and will not return my items.

I sold a Chanel bag via this platform,huge commission (40%) was taken.
I sent the bag with their shipping label and was waiting for the payment.
Then suddenly after 1 month, I received an invoice from them asking for the payment of the commission of the bag I sold.
How ridiculous.

Since then everyday I am harassed, insulted, accused by them of NOT sending the bag and forced to pay the commission.
They absolutely don’t care the fact that they made me lose my bag ( worth 8000€), they just manipulated me , victim blamed me of NOT sending.
They STOLE my bag (8000€) and was asking me to pay their commission on top.
How incredible and shocking😳

I’m now a double victim of this platform : mentally abused/ harrassed by unreasonable accusations and marterial attacked by losing a valuable bag shipped to them by provided label.

Instead of claiming with the shipping company, they decided to harass , insult and accuse you.
They wrote me “ I didn’t receive your item so we concluded that you did not send the item or you used another way to ship” . How shocking and insulting their conclusion/ accusations.

Look at the amounts of negative reviews they have had from other users, you might have the answers.
It is the only platform with so much negative feedbacks

STAY AWAY from them. My doctor proved that i'm mentally abused by their attacks/ insults/ accusations ( email/messages) and the lawyer/ police will be involved.

When you created the sales contract, you explicitly agreed to our valid general terms and conditions for sellers. These clearly state that in the event of a sale you, as the seller, are obliged to send the items concerned to us within the agreed period.
In case of a sale, the buyer has made a payment and expects in return the delivery of the product. If you as the seller fail to deliver the item, we will vouch for it with our name and leave a bad impression to the customers. This customer will most likely not see REBELLE as a serious website anymore and won't purchase again on REBELLE. Understandably, we have to prevent this situation as much as possible. For this reason we have included the following clause:

"10.3
If the purchase contract is not executed, in whole or in part, due to circumstances for which the seller is responsible, or if the purchase contract is not concluded, REBELLE shall continue to be entitled to the full commission plus the shipping costs for outward and return shipment."

Unfortunately, you did not respond to our reminders, which is why we cancelled the item. Also, unfortunately, you did not use our shipping labels, which is why we do not see that you shipped the item.
You are welcome to contact our customer service again and send us the consignment number. We will certainly find a solution.

Superglue for Chanel

The only authenticity mark on the received "Chanel" item is attached with superglue??? The Rebelle trained in-house "expert" approved it as according to brand standards /authentic. Rebelle is refusing to take over responsibility and admit mistake. What is going on here? Is this usual to use superglue for metallic brand batch on metallic bracelet??? Now Rebelle is forcing me to keep the item with "authenticity" report from their in-house "expert" saying it is according to brand standards. Ou is it now? Really? Is it the same person who made the first "quality inspection"? Very disappointing experience, I would expect apology with a discount from my next purchase to keep me as customer and of course a cancellation of this disastrous purchase. But no, just messages to ensure me how this "Chanel" piece became super-authentic after using the superglue on the authenticity brand batch. Superglue?

Please avoid this rebelle platform

Please avoid this rebelle platform! They are Scammers!
As a Seller I received an offer on their platform from potential buyer, I was not agree with low price offered so I had a choic to make a counteroffer. In a while i receive email cofnirmng my item was sold but to the much lowest price than my counteroffer! apparently Rebelle offers discounts to buyers but at the same time charging this discount on seller so reducing a lot the net earning after commission. Their system is very misleading, because then there is no sense to send counteroffer to the potential buyer! Please note that rebelle commissions applied on items sold is much higher than in other selling platforms! I asked them to cancel the selling but they said they will charge still commission that i must pay which is about 126 euro.
This is my experience and it is shameful what rebelle does. Never again I am going to use their platform.

Buyer who bought from me Alberta…

Buyer who bought from me Alberta Feretti suit , item number #9165299. You can also make the complain for the compensation!

I sold the suit, Alberta Ferretti Suit #9165299 2 weeks ago. Went to ups to send it and in ups they said, that the track is invalid! Am writing already over a week about sending me the new track from Rebelle and getting the emails, which are absolutely abstract, unprofessional, not even trying to resolve the problem ( which is obviously Rebelles problem). No one even reading them. Awful support! So now I can’t send the costume, can’t get the money, buyer can’t get the item and also do not know, that Rebelle illegally keeping here money! Waisting time and money!!!!! Terrible. And from all of these , they are taking over 30% from sale! Almost never paying money in time. For example last transfer I already waiting for 3 weeks!

Rebelle has the worst possible service

Rebelle has the worst possible service.

Despite agreements of complete sendt items at a given date, they send one by one item at random dates.

And you better not have sight issues/ be almost blind, they don't bother to help you with your discount when ordering.

Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. Unfortunately, we cannot pay sellers until the items have been shipped to the buyer, as the valid purchase contract is not established until REBELLE ships the items to the buyer.
However, we generally offer the option to select "Bundled Shipment" during the order process. In this case, the seller is automatically informed that the shipping time and thus his payment may be delayed.
We regret that we were unable to ship your order on the requested date. We take your feedback very seriously and are working on a solution for the future.

Awful experience- beware

Paid for a Moncler coat that was supposed to be in excellent condition. It was ‘apparently’ assessed by Rebelle as per their policy and sent out to me. Coat was received with stains down the front. I paid approx £550 for the coat and over £200 in customs charges to receive a faulty coat. Had they have assessed it properly and contacted me I would have cancelled the sale. After deciding back, they have refunded but I am short money as the exchange rate was different. They refuse to refund the customs charge so I now have to try and get that back myself. Customer service was slow and my whole experience was awful. I’ll never use them again. Be careful.

When buying outside the EU, we indicate in the shopping cart and in the order process itself that customs duties will apply. These vary depending on the value of the item and the daily exchange rate. As we do not charge you these customs fees ourselves, but these fees are levied by the customs authorities themselves, we are unfortunately unable to reimburse you for these costs. However, you can try to go to the responsible customs office and show that the item was returned to us. You may then be reimbursed for the customs fees. We hope for your understanding.
