great experience

great experience, Ive got mine marc jacobs purse in top quality in a nice packaging and it has all signs of real authenticity. I’ve been waiting for quite some time but Customer service always replied me if I had some questions and helped me everytime, so I am very satisfied!

Amazing

Amazing, all came in a nicely packed box with cloth bags where the clothes I bought were put inside. Everything was excellent, with tags. Lovely!

If I could give 0 stars to the company…

If I could give 0 stars to the company I would. So I listed 1 item through REBELLE. It got sold via a different platform prior to REBELLE selling it. Then REBELLE sold it but the money hasn’t come through. I emailed them to cancel the order before the money has come through. They haven’t replied for 2 days. And now they are hustling me for £72 commission fee as I can’t send the bag. Not only they charge you huge commission to sell your item, but they also have zero professionalism when it comes to communicating with the sellers. Feels like they are out there to rip you off! USE other platforms!

Since it happend quiet a lot in the past that seller did not shipped the sold item or didn´t respond anymore we now have to charge the comission in case we are not able to ship the item to the buyer.

I do understand that this is upsetting but unfortunatley it is written in our terms & conditions.

Just Perfect.

Quick delivery, authenticated before I get them and a lovely selection! The only downside is that I might just use all my savings.

Everything was as expected

Everything was as expected. Unfortunately I had to send the bag back as it was not in the state I expected it to be. Furthermore, I didn´t like it as much as on the photos. But this is something that is not related to Rebelle.

I am only giving them two stars because…

I am only giving them two stars because one of the bags I bought is as advertised. Otherwise they would get no stars! The other, a Christian Dior Détective handbag (older model but advertised as good as new) has no serial number! This bag was already in their possession so I trusted them and assumed it was properly authenticated! I contacted my pal who used to work at a Dior store in Copenhagen and she confirmed ALL Dior bags have a heat stamped serial number...I emailed rebelle about this and they first said it had been checked for everything and passed inspection...I then sent them pictures showing it hadn’t (and the label stamp is not straight!)...their reply is that not all Dior bags have a serial Nimber stamped on the tag!!! I have spoken with Dior itself today and they say that bag (and all their bags) has to have a serial number otherwise it’s not from them!!! Rebelle’s emails are very condescending and they are just really wasting my time! I spent €300 on this bag and will not be able to resell it as an authentic bag if I need to in the future!!! I managed to get a customer service rep after calling for half an hour and she sounded impatient but maybe they have fewer staff because of covid? I have spoken to my lawyer asking for advice on how to proceed, if they don’t do the right thing and just refund me my money and take their bag back! I posted an inquiry on social media asking if anyone had that particular bag and to let me see photos and right away I could see even the hardware is different!!! And the spacing of the logo on the inner tag is different! AND...AND, they all have serial numbers on theirs!!! DO THE RIGHT THING, REBELLE! I have pictures of when I opened the box and closeups of the bag soon as I received it...I will do a video when returning because I see so many reviewers on here saying they post items back and Rebelle claims it’s damaged or has scratches! I really am disappointed more than anything cos I loved the whole concept of rebelle. Funny enough, I had googled the website beforehand and trustpilot had given them a low rating but I found a page with a write up about how the started, the founder etc and the importance of authenticity of products to them...smh
I don’t understand how they can think I will accept a bag that has no serial number when it should! Do they think €300 is nothing?? What do they expect me to do?? Nobody buys a bag that can’t be verified with a proper serial number! I will even be happy to choose another bag of the same price on their website. This time I will send pictures off to get them authenticated by lovethatbag.com

PS. I have received back one authentification certificate from a well known and trusted online authenticator today, legitgrails, and they have sent back “it’s fake” response. I await the other online authenticator services.

Perfect shoes

Perfect shoes, the colour I was looking for and quite cheaper than the retailer price. Very happy with the purchase.

Beware of this website

Beware of this website: these people are misleading and dishonest. I wanted to sell some unused clothes, posted them on Rebelle. When I could not send one of my items, the website charged me an outrageous fee. So in the end I lost money by using Rebelle. This website only cares about making money, at the expense of others. There are some better websites that do not charge any fees to the sellers.
