My order was for three items but one is still missing.
This caused a delay to the delivery of the other two.
I am still waiting for my third ordered item to be found.

Bought second hand pair of boots which I've been searching for years as a present for my wife. Negotiated a fair price and delivery was fairly quick. The boots were exactly as shown and as described so I'm very happy with the purchase.
Hopefully they fit when I give the surprise present to my wife !!

Seems like a serious website with good quality standards, but unfortunately they made a mistake which is causing my 2 packages to be "lost in space" and their customer service is not really helping.
Before my parcels were shipped, I asked customer service to change the shipping address incl. the name of the addressee. They did change the address but left the old name on it, and as a result the courier couldn't find the name on the doorbell, so: both packages were not delivered but (supposedly) sent back.
Worst of all, one of the two has been sitting somewhere in a warehouse for almost a week now and Rebelle customer service cannot seem to find a way to get it sent again to the right address!
Probably "shared fault" between Rebelle and DHL, but sadly I wouldn't trust Rebelle with future purchases if they cannot even write a name and address right.

My order was delivered in excellent condition on time. And the packaging was very well done as well. Loved the garment nag that my order was packed in. Will definitely order again!

While I am very happy with my new boots there was a frustrating delivery delay. I checked and the delivery address was correct, so not sure what happened with UPS. All along however I was given prompt and polite support from Rebelle Italy. Very happy client and will definitely be buying more items.
