I bought an S23 Ultra in excellent condition at a price lower than competitors Music Magpie and Backmarket. Out of these 3, Reboxed had the best opening experience. The phone itself looked like brand new. Overall, I was impressed having my last few phones second hand this experience was the best in terms of price, quality, and experience.

Although Reboxed were quite delayed with dispatching my order - I was refunded £10 for the delays by Rachelle, part of the team at Reboxed. On top of that I was refunded an extra £10, as compensation for the inconveniences that this lateness caused me. This all makes up for the delays, and means a lot.

The phone I ordered from Reboxed.co was the iPhone 15 Pro in Natural Titanium with 256GB storage, specifically in "Good" condition - which is the lowest-grade condition that Reboxed does. This cost me £474.10 (+ £4.99 TechCheck® Fee) - which is a very competitive price for such a professionally refurbished iPhone 15 Pro with 256GB storage at this moment in time.

The phone's external condition is definitely better than what Reboxed describes to be "Good" condition.
Though the only noticeable wear and tear would be this tiny little micro-scratch or edge-chip on the very edge of one of the camera-lenses - not affecting the quality of photos or videos at all. Apart from only a couple of unnoticeable, small and minor micro-scratches / micro-chips across the whole phone; the phone is in absolutely great condition.

Battery wise, the phone came with a maximum capacity of 91% at a cycle count of 538. This is fantastic for this grade of phone.

Storage wise - the phone definitely is 256GB. This is a very good deal for this storage size.

Could not be a better deal at this moment in time. Very, very happy indeed.
Reboxed truly is trustworthy, commendable and recommendable - they have definitely won their place in the leaderboards for top refurbished tech companies in the UK.

I did like service, but you guys should be stating clearly what battery percentage is on the phone for clarity and transparency

So far have had it for a week or so, great condition. Only came with 1 scratch so far so good. Got with a new battery so battery life’s been good. As of right now I’m happy with this purchase

I'm so happy with my purchase. I bought my samsung galaxy s24 6 months ago. Still full working. I like that it comes with 1 year warranty and 3 months trial insurance that you can cancel or opt out any time you want.

Poor service from a cost-cutting company. Reboxed claimed 24 hour delivery, the reason I chose it, but in fact it took four days. Moreover there’s no way of reaching the team via the website to understand what’s going on. There’s an AI agent only. I had to use instagram to reach a human and even that took 48 hours. The phone itself seems fine though I’ve not used it yet.

Product arrived on time and within the delivery window. Then product is as described in the selection process and the packaging was of high quality, The trade in was undertaken promptly and the return payment was made to my account immediately.

The company twice sent me the wrong order and had to refund me. They also knocked down the resale price of my old phone with very little evidence that it was in poor condition. They revised their offer when I challenged them. And Rachelle was very helpful and apologetic for the mistakes. But overall I wasn’t thrilled with them.

Had a slight issue transferring from old iPhone to new one. Contacted Reboxed customer services who was extremely fast in replying. Rachelle gave me several options to try resolve the issue which proved to be a success. Thankyou for your excellent customer services. Would highly recommend using them if required.

Got a great deal on an iPhone 13 for a gift, box was perfect and phone was great quality. Got the battery upgrade and came at 100% like new!

I’m officially a big fan of Reboxed! 📱

This is the second time I’ve bought a refurbished phone from them, and I’ve been incredibly happy on both occasions. The website is easy to navigate, and there’s loads of useful information about each phone, which makes choosing the right one really straightforward.

Delivery was quick, but most importantly, the phones have been fantastic. I used my first Reboxed phone for years, and the only reason I eventually replaced it was because my kids managed to smash the screen (and unfortunately, it couldn’t be repaired! 😂)

I’ve even recommended Reboxed to my husband, who has now bought a refurbished phone from them too. So that’s two happy customers in our household!

I've used others in the past. The big specialist refurb and also Amazon. Sometimes bigger isn't better - especially when things go wrong.
Not with Reboxed - their service, communication and competitiveness have been first rate.
Will 100% be buying from them again.
