Exactly what's in the Box!

What I love about the people at Reboxed is that they deliver exactly what it says on the tin. Their passion to re-purpose tech and contribute to the sustainability of our planet at the same time is a brilliant concept. Reboxed is clearly a company who want to do things the right way - their prices are fair, their service is first class and I can't recommend them enough!

No documentation in the box, impersonal service. But goods arrived.

No delivery note in the box; no 'thank you', no personal service. Otherwise no real problem.

I purchased phone warranty but never…

I purchased phone warranty but never managed to activate it. Customer service was poor. The phone itself is great, purchase and delivery spot on.

I came to reboxed through my Smarty…

I came to reboxed through my Smarty connection.
Not a great experience.Everytime I tried to put a phone into my cart an error message came up and I was never able to get anywhere with it.
I contacted Reboxed direct and of course got a quick AI response but that didn’t sort the problem out. Was told I would be contacted by a team mate code for human I guess. I did receive a response quote some time later.Had to go through the same issues, explained exactly what I was looking for ( twice) Several emails passed back and forth.
Was then set a number of phones but despite saying not a 64 gb I got sent quite a few of those.
Anyway I did order a phone direct with reboxed .It was not expensive but no Smarty discount so it was a waste of time going through Smarty much easier and much quicker to go to reboxed direct .
On a positive note, the phone was not expensive , it said it was a good condition phone and it really is in very good condition and arrived very quickly and nicely packaged.Some instructions on how to transfer all the information from my old phone to the new one would have been nice though.

Easy to browse the phone you want to…

Easy to browse the phone you want to buy second hand, great selection of phones, and the phone arrives on the condition it states. Main thing was to get a cheaper phone in a good quality with larger memory for the older models. It comes with a nice sturdy box.

The phone delivery was let down by Royal Mail that are going downhill in service that delivered it later than the 24hr as late as an additional 2 days. The phone case ordered at the same time arrived second class when it was originally marked as coming in the same post so arrived 4 days after ordering. If you need the phone and accessories urgently then bear this in mind. It’s not the company’s fault.

Great B-Corp, Good Service and Quality

Reboxed was great - I was looking for a new phone but also wanted to try and be a bit more environmentally conscious. We're also trying to use as many B-Corps as possible so it was great to find out the Reboxed have been certified! My phone arrived quickly and well packaged in good condition - it even told me it had a good journey and was well cared for by the folks at Reboxed! I have since recommended them already to my family and friends and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get new electronics without wanting to contribute to the manufacture of more than we need.

The item ordered was precisely aa advertised. It was very good value for money and I will purchase from Reboxed again. The service was fast and efficient and delivered even before the predicted delivery time. Delivery updates were also available every step of the way.

Process + Product was very good - shame about the courier!

Process was very good and product is excellent. I would have given 5 stars if it was not for the performance of your courier who failed to deliver twice as they went to completely incorrect location (failure of their SatNav and lack of common sense by their driver). Not Reboxed fault but DPD are their agent so, sadly, they must take responsibility .

Exceptionally poor communication trhoughout

Phone as described but delivery took 2 weeks instead of the advertised 3-5 days. Communication was almost non-existent and I was very disappointed. In the end the dispatch said the phone was coming from Phones Direct, a company I could have purchased the phone from £20 cheaper. 😢
