Had a genuinely great experience buying my S25. Had done my research so knew it was a good deal. Website is very clear on what you're getting. Product arrived quickly,as described & well packaged. To me it is indistinguishable from brand new. Have had now for a couple of mths now. No issues whatsoever so would now confidently recommend to anyone considering choosing refurbished phone.

Mistakes can happen!
100% fantastic with my new phone.
The Trade in side is where it went wrong.
But have to say they got to the bottom of issue with a call back from a manager within a couple if hours and fully rectified the issue.
Would I use them again and recommend to family and friends?
I already have with 2 more happy customers.

Purchased an almost new Samsung S23+. in my opinion, you would have thought it was brand new, although they're not in the original box, it came with everything I needed to get started and I have had no issues (had the phone over a month) Delivery was quick, kept
