I paid for next day delivery on Thursday at no point did the system flag you can’t it unless it’s before 12, so I paid for something that that you couldn’t provide, which smacks of dishonesty.
The phone is good now but the bank if the phone kept overheating and the software said it needed to load up the new battery software/ similar.
So it’s arrived 5 days after ordering next day then it was just not prepared to be used.

I ordered the replacement handset on behalf of my mother in-law as her previous handset had become obsolete. The new handset arrived promptly and was exactly as described. It was a newer model iPhone and she was delighted with it. Great idea to make use of unwanted technology rather than using up precious raw materials that are becoming increasingly scarce. Great choice of phones at good prices. I purchased a phone in good condition so I was expecting a few scratches or marks. There was only a very small mark on the back of the phone. I would definitely recommend 👌

Very pleased with the mobile quality, it looked like a brand new phone. No marks at all. Knowing that it had been checked and came with a warranty gave me the confident to buy. Being able to split the cost over a few months at no extra charge made it affordable. I also purchased a screen protector and case. The case is made of excellent material as doesn't slip in my hand.

Its great to be able to buy decent 2nd had goods. Ive been very happy so far with the product and service.
But sadly the screen may be failing. I have sent an email to matt with pictures and i await his reply.
Product was a lot cheaper than new and you couldn't tell the difference. Prompt delivery.
Prompt delivery was very much appreciated. The phone was received in an as new condition. However I was disappointed with the battery life. A Samsung A54 5g is marketed as achiving 8 to 10 hr usage time, the phone i recieved achieves less than 5 hours!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves one.
I was due to travel abroad and ordered a phone from Reboxed using next-day delivery. When I didn't receive an order confirmation, I contacted support in a panic because I was leaving the UK within days and needed to know whether the order had gone through.
What followed was a series of confusing events that, at first, looked like a disaster. It turned out the email address on my order contained a typo, which meant I wasn't receiving any updates. Thinking the order hadn't been processed, I ended up placing a second order before travelling.
Despite the confusion, the Reboxed team never treated me like a ticket number. Rachelle in particular was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She investigated the missing order, helped identify the incorrect email address, guided me through the return process while I was outside the UK, arranged for the return label to be sent to the correct email address, and kept me updated until the refund was fully processed.
What impressed me most wasn't that everything went perfectly from the start—it was how the team handled a complicated situation that involved multiple orders, an incorrect email address, international travel, and a return. At every stage they were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful.
Customer service is easy when everything goes right. The real test is what happens when things go wrong, and Reboxed passed that test for me.
On top of that, I love the company's mission of giving technology a second life and reducing electronic waste. It's refreshing to support a business that combines sustainability with genuinely human customer service.

As someone who normally researches everything to death before buying, I was nervous about ordering a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra for my partner.
I chose the "Pristine" option and honestly expected to find at least one tiny flaw. Challenge accepted... and failed! 😂
The phone arrived looking absolutely brand new. Not a scratch, dent or mark anywhere. The battery performance has been excellent, the phone runs perfectly, and my partner was delighted with it.
What impressed me most was the peace of mind. Reboxed described the phone accurately, delivered what they promised, and saved me a significant amount of money compared to buying new.

Very efficient company and a large number of phones on offer at lots of different budgets
Easy to order but delivery via royal mail was not updated and I thought the delivery did not make it but when I came home from holiday, it was there. I had initially queried with Reboxed but no one came back to me about the delivery. So I am worried that if I did not receive it, the customer service is poor.

Ordered online and, of course, you never know whether their opinion of condition matches yours. Phone arrived quickly, really well packaged and thoughtfully presented. Phone (Samsung Galaxy A34 5G) could have passed as brand new - for half the price. Highly recommended.
