Garden Furniture - I wish!
Ordered a Havana Compact corner set on the 6 Apr through Outdoor Edge Garden Furniture. Sent an email to them before purchase and was assured it was in stock - 2-3 week delivery.
Chased at the end of week 2 and told to contact Regatta GF direct - Customer Services.
Mon, 19 Apr - told all managers were in a meeting and discussing delivery dates.
Tue, 20 Apr informed that the date for delivery should be next week 'just making final arrangements for delivery to your area' will call and confirm.
Wed, 21 Apr - no call.
Thu, 22 Apr - told that the furniture, which is now on a boat coming from China, has been delayed and is expected mid May.
THAT MEANS THE ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK.
Now awaiting a refund - money out of my account immediately - money back in 3-5 working days!!
Very very disappointing!!

All items have now been delivered, I am very happy with the quality of the product; it’s very comfortable and the customer service dept are very professional/ quick to act on any discrepancies.

I bought the furniture during lockdown and was helped by the sales staff through the website. I am not very good with websites. Deliver was made in a timely manner but I have had to put the furniture in the summer house whilst I have some emergency builders on site. Hopefully it will all go together once unpacked but I have every faith Regatta will help. They seem very caring and efficient.

ordered a corner set and sun lounger in September left a 300 hundred pounds deposit cash. was told delivery would be in November .it was after Christmas that i thought i better follow up as had heard nothing.
was told it would now be April i asked if that was a definite delivery time and he said yes .just called to check and am now told it would be the end of may but not definite.
in all this time i have never had a single call or update regarding delivery i have had to do all the chasing. when i phoned a manager to complain he gave me a long explanation and as if he was proud of it explained he has a lot of other customers in my position.the set i ordered is no longer on the website i can only assume its no longer available . i said i wanted a refund in cash as this is what i gave them he said OK and offered me 5% discount if i picked a set in stock i refused
i said i would leave a negative review and he said in a uncomfortable tone go ahead i will have it removed and taken down
in all very upsetting experience leaving me to have to find another set now and all delivery times are for end of the summer.

I was saddened to read your negative review of the company, we have been trading for over 25 years and the vast majority of customers experiences are positive.
When you placed your order on the 15th October 2020, you were advised that Head Office would advise on a delivery date. We were expecting the Vermont Corner Unit that you placed a deposit on into us by late December to early January. Unfortunately the factory in China had experienced problems with both staff and suppliers resulting in a delay in their production. We have been chasing the factory constantly and have our first delivery of the Vermont Corner Unit due to dock on the 16th May 2021. It will be late May by the time the goods are delivered into us.
Having known the Customer Service Manager for several years now, I can understand that he may have given you a long explanation to appraise you of all the facts. However we do not have a lot of other customers in your position and this is certainly something the company wouldn't be proud of. Similarly we can only assume that you misunderstood the comments he made regarding your statement about leaving a negative review of us. We do not seek to have bad reviews deleted, any negative comments left we try to learn from and improve.
We are sorry that you feel upset by this.

Garden set was beautifully made with well padded cushions, very comfy!
Looks beautiful on the decking and I have received many compliments on
my choice.
I had seen similar sets at other outlets but at almost twice the price I paid,
plus it came with a ten year guarantee.
