Ordered the furniture on line and was given a delivery date very quickly. We were called on the day of delivery to confirm what time it would be arriving.

Furniture looks great, easy ordering and speedy delivery, only had to wait 7 days. Guys delivered it to the front door, would have preferred they took into back garden and unpacked it etc. but understand COVID restrictions on this. Just need some sunshine now to try it out!

We needed a small replacement part for our polycarb roof gazebo. Sophie arranged for the part to be delivered to our door within a few days. A really friendly and professional company that we highly recommend!

First class service from Dave at the Swanley. Birchwood Garden Centre, London Road, Swanley, Kent Bromley, BR8 7QD shop. I visited both the Wickford and the Swanley branch to view the Regetta range and even though the wickford shop is bigger
the Swanley shop is better laid out to help you make the correct choice..... Firstly, Dave has all the furniture sets together (all sets fully complete, so you don’t have to visualise a set at the front of the shop to go with a bigger table available at the back of the shop) also the Swanley shop furniture is laid out with price going up next each other, so you have direct comparison to suit your budget and I found this really useful. Dave was really knowledgable and helpful, he knows this furniture well! Honestly, the best service I have had from a shop.
