First time user of service
First time user of service. Initially skeptical because of too many scamming companies. James walked me through the entire process of setting up account to transfer even guided me when my bank messed up the process. I am using their services as I transfer money monthly from Qatar to UK and sending directly from the bank was rip off. This is so much cheaper and fair exchange. Transfer to my local UK account was also fast beside the problems caused by my bank. Thank you James, super services.

Excellent service
I was assisted by Shannon with transferring money from the UK to the UAE, and on both occasions she was extremely helpful, proactive, and transparent throughout the process. She also went above and beyond by being willing to assist my mother directly, making her feel completely comfortable and supported, which was truly exceptional.

Regency FX have a very hands on approach, with an account manager (in my case Toby) who are there to walk you through the process of setting things up. but then also for each transaction you want to make- you can dial up or down this support to suit your needs, so no need to worry about pushy salesmen types

Excellent professional service
Toby has been very hands on from minute 1 in ensuring my money transfers to UK were administered proficiently and more importantly has his finger on the pulse with regards to timing of foreign currency transfers to ensure optimum rate was obtained. I found myself in a one-off situation…
I found myself in a one-off situation of needing to transfer a large amount of money from Portugal to the UK and was nervous about who to trust. After reading the reviews on here I made an enquiry and liked what Mason explained to me so decided to use Regency.
I had a few problems my end in transferring my funds but Regency honoured their quoted rate and once all my funds had reached their account the transfer happened the same morning.
I would definitely recommend them if you need to move money overseas and if you deal with Mason as your account manager then you’ll be well looked after

Good rates, good service and reliable.
I have used another company for the last two years, but i needed to make a relatively large transaction, so I decided to look around. Jamie at Regency gave me a pretty good rate from USD to GBP during an eventful couple weeks with announcements from UK and USA economy side. Jamie knew all the likely scenarios based on this decision or that decision and guided me well.
Its always nerve destroying when sending money to an unknown entity, but I can safely say that Regency were reliable and good with communications. I got a solid exchange and will use them again.
