I spoke to Gareth after my oven arrived damaged. The absolute angel was friendly, professional and arranged for my oven to be replaced immediately - even collecting the old one. 10/10 customer service

Never ever use this company again. It was nightmare. Sent me damaged product twice and cancelled delivery and collection.

This HYE smart tv is excellent value for money but for someone who is shy of modern technology it is a nightmare to set up.Like all smart TV's it needs a good reliable internet connection- unfortunately I live in a poor reception area and lose my internet regularly which affected the setting up process - you cannot rely on your aerial reception alone.It took over two hours to set up. I didn't find the user guide very helpful or very comprehensive for first time smart tv buyers.

They never install it and I paid for it to be installed then they did 3 days later n it was broke 2weeks later I'm wating on a new washing machine that comes Monday another 4 days without a w machine then they will fit it, n yet no compensation offered

My experience:

11th May
Contacted Reliant as the TV arrived with a clear fault, never unwrapped.

9th June
Reliant finally collected the TV, four weeks after being notified and multiple unanswered emails.

11th June
Reliant received the TV on 11/06/2026 at 15:49.

2nd July: Four weeks later, no refund issued.

Update, 3rd July: Antony at Reliant phoned, he handles resolving customer problems. He didn't make excuses and gave a meaningful, genuine apology and had already processed my refund (I checked). Genuinely well handled by Antony once he was made aware.

I received excellent customer service from Paul, a colleague from their review team who contacted me after my initial order was misplaced and was not delivered. Paul ensured that he booked me a delivery slot immediately and even though the item could not be delivered because my doorway was actually smaller that the item, i appreciated the help that was provided by Paul.

Dean was great his communication was up-to-date on the time he was delivering.the item was packaged great.the price was very reasonable compared to others

Initially gave this company a one star due to customer service issues. They have however since contacted me and couldn’t be more apologetic. Antony from Reliant was super helpful and went out of his way to sort the issue. I have received a replacement product which is working great.

I bought a cooker from this company I had some issues I contacted them Antony sorted out he send a new cooker for me I would highly recommend this website to everyone anything you buy from here and made bye HYE as good as other companies I would say why pay lots of money when you get same things for more cheaper here and free delivery Thanks Antony you are a star.
