My new no frost freezer X

No Contact, No Customer Support

I bought a fridge freezer for my business and it arrived on time but damaged underneath so it’s not standing upright. I tried to call numerous times but kept being told by a machine that all agents were busy. Emailed customer support and it’s now 4 working days and I still haven’t heard back from them. I’m now stuck with a product that I’m not sure whether to use or not.

Following your reply to my review I’ve done what you asked and it’s another 4 working days without anyone getting back on my email. I’m currently stuck with a fridge freezer I can’t use in this hot weather. This is ridiculous that you ignore your customers. I strongly recommend that you don’t do any business with this company.

Ideal ‘overflow’ freezer for the garage, which is working well. One star knocked off as communication not great. I wasn’t going to be home for the delivery slot, but despite two emails they still attempted a delivery. Rebooking took several days as my email went unanswered and the office was closed when I tried to phone (on a day when it should have been open). But we got there in the end and the delivery guys were great!

Item was delivered all scratched and…

Item was delivered all scratched and dented with paint missing. Tried my tried to get hold of them to arrange collection of damaged goods and a replacement. Sent an email advising of damage and photographs to accompany the email. No response whatsoever not even acknowledgement of email. Shocking customer service

Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful, they have contact number for sales but not for any issues on items that are faulty, been waiting nearly a week for issues to be solved and no one has contacted me, email telling me to be patient but that is running very thin right now !

I purchased the Hye W0112D08W22 12/8kg Washer Dryer in February 2026, and it has been fantastic so far.

The large 12kg washing capacity and 8kg drying capacity are perfect for my household, and the washer dryer has made laundry much more convenient. I can wash and dry clothes efficiently without needing separate appliances. It also has many useful features that I have not yet fully explored, which shows how versatile the machine is.

The performance has been excellent, and for the price, I think it is a very good buy. It offers great value for money and has handled all my laundry needs with ease.

Delivery was also excellent. The team delivered the appliance straight into my kitchen, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free.

Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would happily recommend this washer dryer to anyone looking for a reliable, spacious, and affordable machine.
