I received excellent customer service from Paul, a colleague from their review team who contacted me after my initial order was misplaced and was not delivered. Paul ensured that he booked me a delivery slot immediately and even though the item could not be delivered because my doorway was actually smaller that the item, i appreciated the help that was provided by Paul.

Initially gave this company a one star due to customer service issues. They have however since contacted me and couldn’t be more apologetic. Antony from Reliant was super helpful and went out of his way to sort the issue. I have received a replacement product which is working great.

Arrived dented and scratched which is impressive as it was in a box. Contacted as soon as I opened it were now on day for of no reply so emailed again. No response. If your looking for a new electrical product then my advise would be not to use this company.

The reliant website was easy to use, I was kept informed of delivery each step of the way, it was delivered well by the delivery driver and he was very nice. I’ve had no problems since and overall really happy with my purchase!
