The reliant website was easy to use, I was kept informed of delivery each step of the way, it was delivered well by the delivery driver and he was very nice. I’ve had no problems since and overall really happy with my purchase!

I have ordered fridge and for some reason want to return I have contacted couple of times but no response I trusted Just Tesco but got disappointed

Don’t ever pick up phone we call 44 times this morhing Friday to we are cancelled order eBay we put in cancellations as it was not shipped by 48 hours we had but new freezer no one even reply not happy order 03-14831-79865

From placing our order to the delivery couldn't have been better. Goods arrived on time we were emailed through every stage. Only thing would have helped if someone was available to answer their phones after calling several times.

We were given a time for the delivery and we could see via a map how close they were getting. We then got a call an hour before they arrived and they were ahead of schedule. They took the new fridge freezer from the van. Came into the house to check where the old freezer was located. It was in the kitchen upstairs, we live in an upside down house. The old freezer was removed easily. However, when they were back at the van they informed me thay can only deliver upstairs if the fridge weighed less than 85Kg. I did point out that I had spoken to the salesman and told him where we wanted the new American style fridge freezer to go. It was written on the order and we had contacted the delivery people. We then had to wait to find out. Good news the new fridge freezer weighed 84Kg and could be delivered. They moved the fridge freezer in quickly and got it upstairs in the correct position in less than 5 minutes. The Fridge freezer looks fantastic and works very well and is better than expected. Not sure we are able to set the temperature at different levels but the fridge is on 5C and the freezer -18C. Seems to be the right temperature. If you have a non standard place for a fridge freezer make sure everyone you speak to everyone and make them aware. We were very happy with the service and speed that the delivery team moved items around.

Rob the delivery guy was spot on.. the experience as a whole was smooth from start to finish. The communication regarding delivery of item was spot on on time and very well executed no faff no fuss job done .
The quality of my american fridge freezer is next to none well worth every penny. I honestly cannot fault the delivery guy rob he was the nicest of blokes you could meet he was professional and very helpful he did a great job and was so comfortable with him in my home. I will be a returning customer to reliant in the very near futurw the hye amerocan fridge freezer is brilliant. And the price is a reflection of the quality.
