Rentokil Kenya's bedbug process is ineffective! I had bedbug bites the first night back in my bedroom after 2 weeks away. The chemicals used have a sickly sweet smell too!

A big THANK YOU to Reece Sampson. He is always happy and polite when he delivers stock to our office. When we have issues with head office and ordering, he will go above and beyond to try and get things sorted promptly. Nothing is too much trouble.

COLLABORATEUR EN SERVICE CHEZ CLIENT

J’ai travaillé dans le service avec des clients prestigieux de la société initial situer à Créteil. Je suis de typé d’asie . Pour ma part 1 an chez initial .
J’ai eu des propos racial du directeur, de mon supérieur , et aucune défense de la part de mon patron face à cela . donc j’en remet à l éducation française et les blanc en particulier.
dans ce contraste qui plus est une société multinationale n’a pas de place pour ce genre de propos. et c est la 1er fois qu’on me parle avec beaucoup d ‘enthousiasme racial dans une société. donc extrement choquer de cette ambiance en 2024 . encore aujourd’hui je me questionne à saisir la justice . mais le racisme asiatique n’a aucune valeur au yeux des français . D’une part mon droit de grève à été enlevé. mon patron m’a dit en clair de ne pas faire la grève . et je me suis retrouvé avec une ambiance électrique avec mes propre collègue . j’ai voulut me rapprocher du directeur national pour pouvoir travailler avec sérieux pour l entreprise (surtout que j’avais de gros client prestigieux)et pas des personne qui gratte seulement l entreprise (supérieur , directeur et patron ) . mais ils ont fait en sorte que je ne rencontre pas cette personne.
voilà une société à éviter en tant que client et collaborateurs.
il y a beaucoup de concurrent mieux et qui n’agisse pas de cette manière.

I worked in the department with prestigious clients of the company Initial located in Créteil. I am of Asian type. For my part, 1 year at Initial.
I had racial remarks from the director, from my superior, and no defense from my boss against this. So I put it down to French education and white people in particular.
In this contrast, what's more, a multinational company has no place for this kind of remarks. And this is the first time that I have been spoken to with a lot of racial enthusiasm in a company. So extremely shocked by this atmosphere in 2024. Even today I am wondering about taking legal action. But Asian racism has no value in the eyes of the French. On the one hand, my right to strike was taken away. My boss told me clearly not to strike. And I found myself with an electric atmosphere with my own colleagues. I wanted to get closer to the national director to be able to work seriously for the company (especially since I had big prestigious clients) and not people who only scratch the company (superior, director and boss). But they made sure that I did not meet this person. This is a company to avoid as a client and collaborators.

Their services are very over priced for…

Their services are very over priced for residential services. They set bait stations 3 months ago..never been back.

Paying their bill is an unreal process. Called them and you can't even get to someone to pay the bill.

Do not use their service.

MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE STATE OF FL. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! SINCE THEY TOOK OVER FL PEST CONTROL IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. LACK OF COMMUNICATION, FOLLOW THROUGH, WRONG TECHS OR NO TECHS AT ALL SHOWING UP FOR QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE. WE WERE CUSTOMER FOR NEARLY 4 YEARS AND THEY COMPLETELY SCREWED US IN MID SEASON. WASTED 6 MONTHS OF TIME SPEAKING WITH COUNTLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS, SUPERVISORS, TECHS, AND EVEN OUR ORIGINAL SALES REP - KYLE WHO ALL DID ZERO! CONTINUED TO RECEIVE NEW CONTRACTS TO SIGN WITH INCREASED PRICES, SIGNED, RETURNED, AND STILL NO TECH SHOWED UP. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. FOUND OUT THEY ARE NO LONGER EVEN IN USA. FINALLY HAD ENOUGH AND WROTE THEM LETTER TO CANCEL ALL CONTRACTS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Been talking to Lynn Edwards by email…

Been talking to Lynn Edwards by email but since I cancelled my contract I didn’t hear from her anymore. Initial owe me money for over a month for charges that happened after everything was collected from my premises and I called and emailed multiple times but didn’t hear from them.
As well was a nightmare to be able to cancel my contract with them, which I did so because of multiple missed collections over the years with no refunding but if there were an extra bag they would charge me more for it.
Nightmare of a company to deal with, Im glad I finally managed to get out of my contract.

Great Service!

Called out Initial Rentokil for a deep clean of our Staff Toilet block. Fantastic service from start to finish, great comms whilst making the arrangements and booking, and the on site team spent a good 8 hours on a Friday achieving the results we were looking for. Shout out to Nik Zikking for arranging, and Chris Hanney, Chris Kelly and Lewis Sloan (the on site team) for doing such a great job.

Pest-Control...more like they are the pest!

As a business we had a 3 years contract with them. in this period they managed to kill 1 mice and we trapped 15 rat/mice with our own equipments from online. Useless products with an even worse service. Nearly at the end of our contract we received online quote from them again and we clicked the refuse button assuming our contract will automatically be stopped since we refused the quote. But BE VERY CAREFUL. these pest (rentokil) will use this loophole and auto renew your contract and you can not come out of it without a hefty fine.

Not so good customer service

Having to chase up rentokil to find out when heat treatment will be done - there was also some confusion over what treatments were going to be done but since resolved - the customer service aspect needs to be improved

Look elsewhere before hiring Arrow/Rentokill

I've been using Arrow/Rentokil for a few years for lawn care. For a while everything was good but then their service plummeted. I think this may have been when Rentokil purchased Arrow but I'm not sure. Regardless, multiple appointments were either never made or no one ever showed up. When I complained rarely would a manager call me back, if ever and when they did it was all excuses and apologies and more excuses which never seemed to help the overall process or to stop them from billing me even if no one ever showed up. I don't know what happened but I've finally had enough and I just fired them. Before you hire Arrow/Rentokil look around and get a quote from the horde of other business in your neighborhood.
