Renugen 

We paid these individuals £735 and never received anything. They did not respond to emails or phone calls. In fact, we assumed that they had gone out of business. Yet here i am today and i note that they appeared in a search for products and they are still apparently scamming people from the same address.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Complete scam!
I bought a SunPower MAXEON 3 420 BLK back in December. After sending proof of payment I was then told that they did not stock this item and it would need importing. As I needed this asap, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund which they said they would work on when the accountants are working in the morning. Ive yet to get a refund, the phone lines dont work and no-one answers the emails.

Companies like this give the renewable industry a very bad reputation.

Renugen has some mixed feedback, and my experience was in between. While their product recommendations and customer service showed promise, their communication and delivery times need improvement. I faced delays and had difficulty in tracking my order but eventually received my items. However, issues with refunds and lack of delivery have been highlighted by others. They are not scammers, but they could really benefit from more organization and better customer care. Proceed with caution.

Do not give these scammers any of your hard earned cash, they will gladly take your money and give you nothing in return, they still have mine, common criminals!!!

SCAM... do not use RENUGEN. Yes they still have my money, still have not delivered a product, and still have not refunded the money. I'll continue to write this review every day until I get a refund.

They take your money and do not deliver the products. Then they promise a refund but over a year now no money back. The website should be closed down

Scam company! Good reviews here are fake. Do not buy from them, as you will not receive any goods.

We ordered Solax batteries at a value of £3,600. We had to pay upfront for these, we did not receive the batteries and they informed us we would recieve a refund within 2-3 days. That was 3 weeks ago, we can no longer get hold of them via phone or email.

WARNING - Do not use this company as they may be the subject of a Winding Up procedure due to non-payment of County Court Judgment 351MC124 against them. If you give them any money up front you may not see it again.

Dear Renugen, it is true that my bank eventually refunded me (at their expense I believe) after many, many months of trying to contact you by phone, email and via your website without a single reply, acknowledgement or even apology (original transaction was April 2022). After more than one year you suddenly offered to pay me some compensation for my inconvenience in return for me taking my reviews off Trust Pilot. I have received no payment from you.

Just received our order of SMA Tripower X20.
They seriously helped us to match the compatibility and sent us 3 options which was really wonderful.
No idea, why many customers saying that they are not receiving anything from them.

Not that in my case.

Absolutely DO NOT use this company. £4+k down and absolute zero contact. completely ghosted despite many attempts and promises, we even agreed to a delay in delivery. When that didn't arrive, we were promised a refund and that never happened either. Its currently with the court system.

No, I won't give you my ref. You had 18+m to sort it and any decent company would be aware of any court proceedings against you.

Again, not a scam. You DON'T need my order reference or my personal info displayed to know there is a CCJ against you (340MC688). Then again, you probably have so many its difficult to keep track.

Over a year since we ordered and we never received any reply to emails, phone calls went unanswered and yes, no products received!! Order status is still "Awaiting fulfillment".
In hindsight there were loads of reviews warning of it had I looked at the time, but now they seem to be burying these with fake reviews!
