This company is fraudulent. I purchased 6 solar panels in 2022, but they were never delivered despite numerous requests. Very poor communication. Eventually went to recover the amount paid via Money Claims court and have a judgement in my favour but this also has not been paid. Am now pursuing a court enforcement of the judgement. Do not buy from Renugen. I believe the positive Trust pilot reviews to be false.

Purchase a battery part and was informed that i could not get the other parts. So i cancelled the order and asked for a refund. No one got back to me and this was back in April last year. £500 down and my bank was not bothered at all. If it was through Paypal i would have stood a chance but this company does not give a monkeys who they take money from.

Scammers, they take your money and do not deliver. They only offer bank transfer as payments. The phone number doesn’t exist, no one responds to emails. Have informed the police and trading standards as well as my bank to attempt to get my money back. Avoid!

sent money by bank transfer in sept 2022 and still nothing. scam company. bank wont refund and police dont care- absolutely shocking!!
